This experience was terrible! Our reservation did not show up on line so picking up was a disaster and the same thing happened when we dropped off. It took 40 minutes just to return the truck with the online/after hrs system . Key drop box was not easy either. The only good thing about it was that we had a 800 phone number to call for assistance (and she was great ) we will never rent from U-Haul again

Be ontime. I waited 45 minutes for someone to show up and give me the equipment and when I returned the truck there was no one there so I did the online check out but their lockbox to drop the keys was locked. Very frustrating

When we arrived at our scheduled time Sunday morning, there was no one there to rent the trailer to us. Then when he did arrive, 30 minutes late, the charge was $146.59 rather than $137 which was what our confirmation receipt was. He said there was an environmental charge, but he couldn't explain what that meant. We feel we got ripped off.
