I set this up as a Corporate reservation and did the express check in and was still asked for my license multiple times and a credit card multiple times even after I informed them numerous times it was a corporate account. I was also asked after I brought the van back to go back out to the van to write the mileage down as opposed to them getting the mileage.

The cargo area was full of mud and smelled like manure. I spent about a half-hour cleaning it just to make it usable and it still smelled horrible the whole day. When I mentioned this to the rep on return, they simply smiled and laughed it off. I believe that at the very least there should have been a discount for having to clean someone else's mess.

I don't understand why on the side of the van said $19.95 the insurance $25.00 and the total bill was over $71.00. I had the vehicle less than 2 hours and I replaced the gas and I went less than 15 miles. I will never use your company again.

Have people there on time so that utilizing the U-Haul app is an actual time-saving benefit. Having someone there to conduct the simple transaction of giving a key happened in a timely manner, this would have been a STELLAR experience because the app is GREAT!! I'll will give it another try...

The person handling the UHAUL was very unprofessional. He never gave me much direction on how to look for crutches and dents...and I did not receive any paperwork in case I got pulled over From the police. I spoke to him about the check engine light being on before I pulled off and he brushed it off...not showing any concern. I bought back the truck and he said I went over the milage...I tried to dispute it by calling customer service and was not helped...the operator took my complaint and said someone would return my call and I have yet to get a call back...I use UHaul when I need to move stuff and I also refer people to this company but right now I am very disappointed and your reputation is tainted. I would not refer anyone or use your company with this behavior of u professionalism...furthermore, this location really should not have access to broadcast your name because that man is a snake and evil...and again your reputation is on the line! I would like for someone to look into my case if possible about me being over the milage...Thank you!

Clean the trucks!!! Broken side mirror on top of the dash. i moved the mirror to the floor. while wiping/cleaning the top of the dash, i pricked my finger with a piece of broken glass. I sprayed and cleaned the seat, driver door, steering wheel, dash area, cup holders, and floor of the driver side, in order to try to drive and work . thank YOU. I'm sorry

My experience was horrible . After making a online reservation, I was met with confusion when it was time to pick up the rental. I was initially overcharged $130 for nothing other than someone's bad judgment. Overall the rental process at this location was terrible & the refund process created such an inconvenience for me because I shouldn't have to wait for money of mine that shouldn't have been charged !

The location is very convenient but the service is really poor. We just wanted to add a driver to the contract when we picked it up and it became a very complicated thing. While trying to do that our reservation expired and we had to make a new one. Then they gave us a different truck. Then they told us that we had to have the truck back by midnight (roughly 5 hours) even though they were going to charge us for 24 hours. However, my dealings with UHAUL HQ were all excellent.

When we got to the location to pick up our uhaul (a little after 7 AM), the door was locked. I knocked on the door and a guy opened it and said we had to wait until 8. When I pushed back and said the reservation was 7 he told me to do it online, which was fine. When I finished the online part I went back to the door and it was locked again. When he finally answered he allowed me to come in to get my key. The entire store stank of marijuana. We got the keys and left. About an hour later I got a call from another person working the store saying the guy forgot to get my ID and credit card info. I gave him the card number. When we returned the van the same guy from the morning was there and gave us a hard time because we said something to the guy who called about our experience. He then tried to get me to write down my credit card information on a piece of paper. I refused since I already gave it to the other guy (which in retrospect I should not have done because we did it all online!). The whole thing was a really negative and unprofessional experience.

The van I rented had trash in it, a cigarette burn in the driver's seat, and the parking brake release handle was almost off. The vehicle drove fine and I was able to accomplish what I needed to, but the equipment could have been in better shape.

1. Truck reported an oil change was required. 2. Software and app situation is poor. I put in all of my data three times, including driver's license. I followed all prompts. Then when I got inside the clerk is giving me a hard time saying, "you didn't finish the app." So, although my reservation was in the right place at the right time (which is good), my timing was delayed by repetition, and the clerk gave me crap about my failing to use your online system successfully--which I think is actually on your company.

As others have mentioned, the attendant inside the gas station is an unpleasant individual. He lacks common courtesy. Fortunately, you only need to get the key from him, and return it to him later. The truck was clean in the cab and in the storage container. Tips: 1. Be careful when you complete your rental agreement online. UHaul takes every opportunity to add on charges when you make the reservation, and again when you pick up the truck. 2. Don't bother uploading your license in advance, as you will have to do so again anyway at pick-up time. 3. Check both the gas gauge and odometer. If you don't agree with what UHaul says it is, you have an opportunity to upload a photo of the correct reading. 4. UHaul says you don't need to wait in line for gas station customers. So don't. Especially when returning the key. Just be courteous to those who are waiting in line.

The person you have to deal with to get the truck is probably the most unfriendly person I've ever dealt with. He's borderline rude. The truck was awfully dirty. The inside of the cab and the loading part were filthy.

There is a parking lot adjacent to the gas station. I parked my car there so I could use the rental van. When I got back, my car was blocked in by other cars. There was no sign on the signpost by my parking spot. There was 1 small sign at the end of the lot that said no parking, but it is about 1/3 the size of a regular sign. There was no business name or anything to identify it as a separate lot. The cashier at the uhaul return was helpful by providing the name of the company. I am not blaming uhaul or anyone except me. It is just very bad for customers to get trapped at your location. While it is not your fault, you can do something to remedy the problem for other people by putting up signs All in all, this made, what was a great experience, into a horrible experience. Thumbs down.

The online or app pickup and return process is very thorough and seems very secure but there's no DropBox. I would have felt better leaving my key in a secure dropbox rather then with the gas station attendant since he wasn't involved with my online return process and I don't have written verification that he recieved my key

It was not at all clear where to pick-up the key after finding our vehicle on the lot as there is a u-haul trailer next to the lot but it was closed and did not have a sign stating to see the attendant in the gas station, After going into the gas station to inquire he let us know he could help and had the key. However, this location received our reservation from another location that said they did not have the size truck or requested pads, however this location did not receive the information about the pads that were paid for. He referred us to an actual U-haul location that was about 20 minutes further away. When we got there it took them awhile to locate our contract information. After the assistant made a phone call he was able to add 'his' pads to our contract and provide us with the pads. This all added an extra 45 minutes to the check-in process. As we had movers scheduled to arrive by 10am, we expected arriving to pick up the vehicle by 9am would be sufficient, however due to all this we were slightly off schedule. It did all work out, however. Calling customer service several times was very helpful.

I was at this same location a few weeks ago and the attendants could not figure out how to use the system... Even when the reservation Team tried walking them through the process they still could not figure out how to process my reservation... I had been there the day before and the guy told me the PUtruck was out of order but the real issue was he did not know how to process the rental. I know that now because I came the next day and he admitted he did not know how.... This experience was a nightmare!!!! Fortunately this recent rental was handled by a different gentleman that processed the rental with efficiency and time to spare...

I was so unhappy- When I went to pick-up the truck only one employee was working so I had to wait while he helped people who was getting gas. Then my turn he tells me the truck is really dirty and that I did not have to take it but there were no more available. I had paid help waiting but it look like cement exploded in the truck seats, break pedal and foot pedal and where I had to put my furniture. I get in and the Tire indicator light said tires need air & check pressure. The engine light was on and some other light indicating a problem I did not feel safe , not to mention I was scared to put my furniture in the back for fear that the concrete mix would get on my stuff. To improve have more then one person working the counter and make sure the trucks are clean & safe to drive

I had to drive outside of my area to pickup the vehicle because my closest location did not carry pickup trucks. It was an additional charge for travelling and returning the truck based on mileage. I feel you guys could be more accommodating by forgiving the miles that would not have been charged if my closest location provided this product.

When I reserved my truck online there was an estimate give of $20 for the rental truck and $50 to reserve it. When I got to the location I was told I had to pay $178 for reasons the cashier didn't know. I was also told at pick up my money would be returned in 1day then at drop off I was told it depends on your bank. These are very shady business practices

It took the representative and my pickup location over 35 minutes to find my reservation which was in the system the entire time. I had to pay for twice as much childcare as I needed because of this. The entire job took me 40 minutes, which was then doubled due to having to wait so long for the keys.

Needed a truck last minute and they had plenty of vehicles. Super easy pick up and no problems with dropping off. The fact that the location is a gas station means you don't have to drive to another location before dropping off.

I had to wait over an hour to get the key to the truck. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with an agent just to get in touch with the location manager to figure out how to get me the key. I've used u haul in the past but always during norms business hours when the manager would take care of the checkout process. This time I did the smartphone checkout. Big mistake....
