No drop box for keys. Door was locked until another customer started banging on the door. Told them where we put the keys and the employee had an attitude. Told them there was no drop box and no instructions on where else to leave them.

We rented a 26' truck only to be told they didn't have any the morning we arrived. We had to take the much smaller one since we hired moving help through U-haul and they were already en-route. We had to make multiple trips because of this which cost us more labor. The truck drove horribly and we felt unsafe. The movers were great though.

It took way too long to complete our order and they added a $25 charge for insurance that we had to go to extra trouble to have it removed and then they wouldn't print the paperwork/receipt for us. Btw, they removed the charge by creating a whole new order without the $25 charge so we had 2 charges on our credit card until it was finally resolved. We'll never go this location again.

I have a reservation for 8:30pm to pick the truck up. I went to the office to pay for the truck in advance at 1pm because I'm moving and it's a lot so I wanted to make sure everything have been taken care of. Upon speaking with the lady she told me that I have until 5pm before the drop off location close. At 1pm the next day I receive a call from the drop off location that I'm to drop the truck off at 1pm and that they didn't see me come in. I explained to the guy what I was told. He acted nice telling me he can give me until 2pm to drop the truck off without charging me for a late drop off. I went and drop off the truck 5mins to 2pm. They guy did an inspection and saw that the gas and everything is the same and told me and the driver of the truck that everything is fine we are good to go. Upon reaching back my house I received a notification from bank that there's an extra charge from the drop off location. I called the guy who inspected the truck and he gonna tell me that I was charge for gas and mileage. My question is why didn't he tell me that when I was there?????? He told me everything was perfect so I don't understand the dishonesty. I have pictures and videos of the truck before drove it off at the pick up location and also pictures of the truck for the drop off location. Both images show the same amount of gas that was in the truck when I pick it up and when I drop it off: I will never ever recommend anyone to use Uhaul. They're dishonest and lie. Two hours later the guy called me from the pick up location apologizing for his lying ass and telling me that another customer has the same issue with me only difference is that customer brought their truck with more gas that was in it and they were charge!!!!!! Tf!!!!!!!!! I'm so pissed of this company. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN SO DISGUSTING. What hurt me the most is that they miscommunicate with you about their service and then wanna do a blame game. I'm so mad!!!!!!

I was told to hook the trailer on myself and to call her once I have it hooked up. Someone to hook it up would be a 15 min wait. I went outside saw someone a few mins later, asked him to do it, he told me he doesn't work for Uhual, he was a driver , that he ewas off and had a lot of calls. I will never go back to that location again. I've never had to hook up my own equipment at Uhual before....ever

First I used the online check in so that I didn't have to Interact with others. When I arrived the truck was blocked in by other trucks. The online check in should make the process easier. Then the location over charged my card by $70 without my permission. They should go over the charges and explain why they are adding extra days and extra coverage even though we only had the truck fro 7hrs. 10a - 5pm. They told me they don't deal with the pricing that I need to call uhaul. Then uhaul says they had to email the manager of the location. Not very seemless at all.

Don't have customers wait an hour to leave because you can't handle whatever workload you have and can't find the key to move the truck blocking the truck I rented. And then to charge me an extra day when the truck was brought back on time but was late on paper because the hour I spent waiting for the truck to be available on pickup after I signed my paperwork (again truck was blocked and no one could find the keys). This was my 6th truck/trailer rental in 2 weeks to support a new business, very sour on uhaul as a result of Sisters Towing delays and their inability to even recognize the issues

Sisters Towing was fine for the rental, although the truck was filthy inside and damaged outside. The real problem is the U-Haul location I reserved it at in Lake Worth. NOT acceptable to get a message at 6:00 p.m. the day before I was to pick up telling me there was NO truck. Even with a confirmed reservation. And the frazzled employee I spoke to kept saying "It's beyond my control. Complain to U-Haul at the 1-800 number". Reprehensible customer service.................

The staff was mean and condescending. They stayed in a room out of site on the customers and have a mean look on their faces. They never check the truck in or out you have to provide them with all the information. I would rate them 0 out of 5. Service at this location is read bad.

Very dissatisfied, very poor, dangerous location! Tow trucks everywhere, U-Haul trucks just Parked there in random places! My truck was unlocked and Emptied with displayed “42 miles to go” on the fuel gauge I filled up with my own money, and yet I got charge from you an additional $11+ when I returned it with more fuel than I got it with!!! Explain to me how that works? I am about to dispute with my credit card!

They charge me for quarter tank of gas. I got the truck with 3 quarter tank of gas. I returned it with the same 3 quarter tank of gas. I showed them my pick up receipt but after I left they charge me for the gas anyways.

The only issue way I reserved a hand truck and moving blankets. It wasn't there I was told I would have to go to the mail uhaul location. So I made the move without it.

My location for pick up was moved 3 times and kept getting further away from the location I had chosen. I was also moved to a different drop off location that was further away from my location. The truck was not in good condition and the windshield wipers stopped working. I had to pull over and try to re start the truck several times and they finally came on. I tired call U-Haul for help and was put on hold. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. Then I got charged for more miles and most of this was because of the move of locations that was forced on me. Overall really disappointed in my experience with UHaul.

This whole process was very bad. 1st reservation got cancelled 2nd was done wrong and i was told i could drop it off where ever and NOT TRUE. They picked were i was to drop off and when i wanted to change it because it was 30 miles from where i was located. i was told No and i would have to pay to bring it there

Have your scheduling department pay attention to what they are doing, and when they make a mistake, correct the whole mistake not just one part of it. They changed my pickup location to one 2 hours away and when they fixed it they failed to correct the time limit on the rental and tried to charge me for an additional day. Also, your customer service number is not staffed by enough people and after 26 minutes it dropped my calls 3 times. I was finally able to find a person who could see and correct the errors and issue the proper bill and subsequent credit.

Absolutely the worst experience ever in my life. The owners son of the tow yard decided to hook up the trailer in a faulty and very unsafe manner. He left 10 ft of safety chain dragging on the ground. When I explained that was not correct nor legal, he screamed at me “it's metal!!!!”. He then got into his flat bed tow truck, put it in reverse went at a high rate of soles toward us in the parking lot, nearly killed me and another person who was trying to help hook up the faulty trailer. The trailer was not properly tightened down, the tow yard/uhaul dealer was closed after I left and Uhaul roadside assistance never picked up the phone for nearly 2 hours to help me.it ruined my entire trip and caused a domino effect of having to go to multiple uhaul dealers to try and fix it. Sisters Towing and Murphy's should never, I repeat never have the privilege of having a uhaul distributorship. Their personnel are not only dangerous, they are criminals. Disgusting, dangerous and shameful. I will not be paying for this horrendous non-service. I nearly called the police but needed to get out of there for my own safety. I may be consulting an attorney after what I went through.

This is a great question. The personal in this facility (Sister and Sisters Towing) WPB, were not professional period. Ronnie (a staffer) lied to me about the condition of the trailer. When checking the the trailer' lights and condition he told me "I checked inside and it's good". He lied, when I got my location to load up the trailer my son opened the trailer and the smell and condition was unbelievable. The trailer smell like "dog shit" and was very dirty. My son and I had to clean out the trailer. We did made a shot video of the cleanup. Which I did showed it to one of the staffer when I returned the trailer. I called U-Haul office and informed them of the horrible situation I was placed in. I have always dealt with other U-Haul and got excellent treatment especially the one located at Okeechobee Blvd and Military in wpb.
