The old gentleman who ran the store kept insisting I put more gas than the level at the pickup. I took a picture of the original gas level and showed it to him. He still insisted I put 1/4 of a pump more. He definitely thought he could take advantage of me because I am Asian and do not speak English well.SIMON S.

Have your staff available for customer needs, checking vehicles properly and when is time to dropped off have someone available who can reassure you for what you pay for. Instead of receiving invoices with unexpected charges. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! Bebe coming backNATALIA P.

Truck suspension was knocking and popping every turn, truck had a lot of cosmetic damage and truck also had issues starting. Steel also was locked out and inoperable. Would not recommend at all. Location also horribleCHRISTOPHER W.

The guy can not attach trailer to my SUV. He will not assist in taking out trailer. One man run show. Will never go to this location.PREET K.
We booked the uhaul for a 4 hour rental and we were told to put the key in the drop box when we came back because they were going to be closed after we were done. We time stamped our return with a photo of the mileage and tank when we returned the uhaul. When we got our receipt the following Monday they charged us for 3 days and the incorrect mileage. We tried calling to have this figured out with no answer.Kevin B.
The location was not the problem. The fact that I was allowed to make a reservation at a location that didn't open until 30 minutes after the time of the reservation. A really bad experience using the mobile check in as well.Jake T.
I've done 150+ Uhaul rentals over 25 years (spent $50K+ with you; lots of cross country 26' and 6'x12') and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Revoke this dealership. Owner/manager made me lift the 6x12 onto my hitch by myself after tricking me into "helping" him. Wrenched my back and have been incapacitated for over a week. Had to hire others to load/unload for the first time ever. Horribly over-perfumed trailer that stunk up all my contents. Embarrassingly trashed-out location.michael F.

Have a vehicle full of gas when I pick it up instead of half of a tank and there weren't any other trucks or trailers to choose from just the DHL or UPS pick up site. I thought Uhaul did a better job than this. I filled the truck up to half full when I was done I sure hope I don't get charged for not filling it upRon A.

Half ass store, had to dismount the trailer myself. Keeping trailors in back of strip shopping center - only the owner does not have direct access with a door - he, we have to travel around end of building for access. Owner appears to be taking on too much in his store.Stanley M.

The pickup location was behind the building out of sight from the main road. This caused the process to be a little tense, because the location os hidden from the main road which could be considered a security concern. The good thing was that two police officers were in the area and stayed with me during the pickup process. The rest ir the experience was excellent.Angel S.

Charged for Insurance and didn't want it and told clerk not to charge us and he did anyway. Never sign the agreement before reading it. They will stick you with anything they want before asking. Can't understand his english. Not satisfied with this service.Martha E.
I've already submitted a bad yelp review. Very displeased I was over charged 20$ and then hung up on me. He said it worked on a meter system but I kept track of the mileage and didn't drive far at all. So whatever meter system he's talking about is obviously very I correct. I left gas on full and everything how it should've been. I only rented it to move a mattress which ended up costing me way more then expected. I've used U-Haul plenty in the past and this has never happened. I should've just borrowed a truck and saved myself the hassle.Shannon P.

There was no UHaul signage on the building. I couldn't find the location without calling even though I was in the parking lot! The office was a mess. It felt very shady. The man was okay but not friendly. Equally as bad was the truck! It had hardly any suspension or shock absorbers which made the ride horrible! Thankfully we were only driving a short distance. Neeeless to say I will never go to that location again.GEORGE D.

My card was charged twice. And I was charged for equipment that I didn't get. I wanted the equipment but it was not provided to me. Very poor experienced.JM P.
No utility dolly was in the truck that we purchased online so we had to turn around and go back. Once we arrived the location did not even have a utility dolly available. We were still charged for it. 19.99 for in town is what they advertise. But when it was all said and done it was 88 dollars. Just FYI before you proceed. This was a van with a supposed dolly and all we did was pick up a dryer and take it home then bring the van back. Delivery from Best Buy was free at a later date but we needed the dryer today.Karen K.

We are pretty sure the 20 foot truck we paid for was actually a 17 foot truck. We measured when we got home, when we brought that concern up with the employee working, we were completely dismissed. The store was not open during open hours, so ensuring the truck was returned properly was out of the question (I made sure to make it back before they closed to go over everything). We were charged for a few extra miles that we did not use. We used 2.9 miles and were charged for a full 5. I'm not upset about the 2 dollars, just the principal of it. If they will nickel and dime us, they will nickel and dime everyone.Allyson M.
