Tiffany Cboth visors were broken, definitely not clean and on top of that I was charged an additional $45.55 after I turned the truck in. I filled up the fuel before return, so this truck cost me almost $150 to use for 4 hours - that's INSANE! I've left a message asking what this charge is for, no one has called me back. I will never use Uhaul again.

HERCHEL CI rented an appliance dolly because I had a washer and dryer to move. After picking up the truck and driving back to my home and started loading things up I realized the truck I was given didn't have ramp. That made it very difficult loading heavy appliances. If someone is renting a dolly, one would think they would be getting a truck to be able to properly load and unload heavy items.

JAMES BThe software made the process a little slower than I expected. Why do I have to take a picture of my DL when I'm standing right there with it in my hand? The website for booking doesn't let you know mileage is paid upfront and you need to be prepared with an estimate of your mileage. I would have appreciated an inspection of the vehicle upon return but gladly the invoice sent was accurate. This may have been standard procedure or was put off a bit as it was below zero windchill. I enjoyed the service but the next time I rent it will be in advance and with Budget. Mileage charge is .30 cents cheaper with newer equipment that you don't go deaf in when empty.

Kyle KSierra was awesome. But the 1st place U-Haul sent me to pick up my rental was a joke. No one there and no way to reach the provider. U-Haul scheduling apologized and sent me all the way across town to sierra convenience . Lost an hour of moving time from my hired labor. Not happy with U-Haul.

GREGORY NThe padlock on the key box was physically difficult to operate. The dial had 2 sides, and we were putting in the code into the wrong side, so it wouldnot open. Called customer service, but they were too far removed to understand the problem. Eventually an employee showed up to help us. Also, the app screen with the box number and code was not obvious enough. We spent nearly 15 minutes trying to find our key box/code, and it was right there with all the other confirmation screen stuff that no one ever reads. Needs to be bigger, bolder, more obvious in the app.

GARY HI find that making sure of how much gas is in the truck is correct because it cost me 28 for gas just to get it above 1/2 tank i only went 17 miles should only been maybe 2 gallons if not 3 gallons of gas i shoulde be reimbursed for some of the gas money if that reason
