BENJAMIN DThe back lights did not work. Meaning the tail lights. brake , signal & flashing worked but that caused me not to driving in the evening
GARY HI find that making sure of how much gas is in the truck is correct because it cost me 28 for gas just to get it above 1/2 tank i only went 17 miles should only been maybe 2 gallons if not 3 gallons of gas i shoulde be reimbursed for some of the gas money if that reason

STEFAN KThe woman at the counter was very professional and also very friendly. She looked for ways to save me money and made recommendations with the pros and cons of each option. Both my pick up and drop off went very smoothly. It is too bad that she was the only employee at the convenience store. She was responsible for more than just the U-Haul transactions and she was crazy busy as a result. It didn't affect my experience, but I felt kind of sorry for her personally.

KRISTY HFrom the moment that I stopped at Sierra's gas station, I was warmly greeted. They had exactly the product that I was looking for and the process was extremely smooth and fast. I was in a hurry and they wasted no time. The cost was reasonable and I recommend anyone needing U-Haul services to use this specific location. You will not be disappointed.

NATHAN BThe man who helped us was very helpful. There was a little confusion as the size we ordered was not available (late return by the last person). We saw a suitable one but initially told it was not available. Turns out it was a local only truck which was what we needed but that had not been clear. So worked out really well. We got our stuff moved and everyone was happy.

Samir PI returned the truck filled with gas. I was charged for gas. I called and a lady confirmed with someone who went out to the truck that the truck was filled with gas and that I was overcharged and would be refunded. I have not yet been refunded. I called (319) 540-8471 and left a voicemail explaining this.

Laurie JThe lady at the front desk was swamped (which was no surprise, we anticipated this since it was the beginning of the month) but she handled it with ease. She explained things thoroughly all the while moving the line along. Additionally, she provided me and my boyfriend with tips that we will definitely be utilizing moving forward. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my friends & family when they need to move!

Markia PI arrived at this location on Saturday at 6PM. The website and sign on the door indicated that it should be open. The door was locked so I called the local number. The phone rang and rang with no message. I then had to return on Sunday. The location was open, but I was just told to drop off my trailer and they would email me the receipt. No assistance with the trailer was offered, and waiting for the email receipt was uncomfortable, not knowing if some additional charges may be added. I will go elsewhere in the future.

YASEEN GService was perfect. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and team players. We were very impressed with how the Staff were all cheerful and helped each other. We witnessed a situation where a customer was being difficult but Staff went above and beyond to assist. We were especially impressed with how the handled the situation. They were respectful while also trying to solve the issue. Great Service! We've already booked a second reservation.
MARK HJust a minor comment: When I called to see if a trailer was available later that same day (it was), I didn't realize a reservation had been created for me, apparently using U-haul database information linked to my phone number. When I arrived later, a different attendant asked if I had a reservation and I said "no" (thus causing some confusion). It would be great if one could summarize any reservation information before the call ends.

Bradley KRear tire on the trailer I rented was new but was not balanced so it was bouncing / vibrating a lot. I did a walk-in rental due to an immediate need for a covered trailer. The customer service guy was awesome as he jumped right on getting me set up and on my way.

Bradley KThe young lady that is running this was so helpful and friendly. She made the process very smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend their services. My one negative is that I choose no coverage online as my preference, when I got my bill electronically, I saw they added basic coverage. I will be trying to get that removed from my bill.

Sara BThe store was supposed to open at 10 am. When I got there at 9:50 to wait what I thought would be 10 mins, there was a sign on the door 'on a bank run, back in 30 mins'. I had chosen counter pick up instead of the 24/7 pick up because I previously had issues picking up a van outside of business hours with your app crashing. Not wanting that to happen again, I was waiting to pick up until the store opened. Uhaul was sending me emails that I was late picking up my rental and the person had not shown up yet. The worker got there at 10:20, starbucks coffee in hand... and had to boot up the computers which took awhile. I was finally on my way 30 mins late. When I started the van, there was an alert that said the rear right tire needed air. So while I did check that the equipment was clean, I would say not well maintained. This is the second time in a row I have had issues with this location, or uhaul in general. I'll probably look elsewhere next time I need a rental.

David OThere was no power steering fluid in the vehicle making it extremely hard to maneuver at low speeds with a trailer. It make it quite a lot harder.

Richard lThe person working and the owner were very friendly and helpful. I wish they would give you the vehicle full of gas, however. It is not good to have to go to the gas station when you pick up the truck.
