Statement I received was NOT what the on site argent told me. There was not an extra day. See contract. The only additional charge was approximately $81 for additional miles.

Fix your website. I am never able to reserve a truck thru your website. Your site would not let me choose the date I wanted and will NEVER recommend anyone use it. I will suggest going to the location to pick up the truck. All you should is give store locations, hours of operation and phone number. Dump the rest of the site because it sucks.

We had a 15’ truck and equipment reserved with mobile pickup. The truck was not ready and blocked in. After doing the mobile check in, we still had to go inside, thankfully the store was open at our pick up time. We had to redo the contract, then wait upon the clerk to go get everything ready and move multiple vehicles. He was not very friendly and the process was not streamlined. It was a hassle, but he just insisted that the mobile checkin was pointless and that we lucked out by having the right size truck on hand. Overall I was not pleased with the pickup process. He also informed us that we had to turn the truck at 9 am on the day we were planning on unloading it. He acted like this was our fault, but the website only had a turn in day, not a time. He added an extra day for us at no charge, but I was still irritated that he expected us to know it was due at 9 am on the day of drop off.

Great location and wonderful service

The UHAUL office was closed but one of the Mechanics helped me out. He backed up my truck and trailer...unhooked my trailer and sent me on my way. I did recieve an email from UHAUL that my trailer was returned and thanked me. This has been a total truly excellent experience! One thing you don't want when your moving is bad equipment and bad customer service! I was fortunate not to have either!
