The truck was filthy. The mats inside were sticky and debris flew from the bed of the truck while driving. The pictures provided for damage comparison are old and do not show the level of damage the truck actually contained. The workers were great!

This truck was the only truck they had and it was beat up pretty bad said they received it that way looked like somebody took a ball bat to it. Also inside the cab was very dirty. Had to clean the windows inside in order to drive the vehicle safely. The employees where very professional and polite it was just shape of the truck and cleanliness m. Having said that I still would recommend renting from Uhaul.

The vehicle was clearly not well taken care of. There was paper shoved into some of the AC fans preventing the AC from blowing correctly. The vehicle has some sort of oil pressure issue as when I was idling it would drop Oil PSI. I had to fill out all the information that I filled out online so what was even the purpose of doing it in the first place if it wasn't going to be given to the vendor???

Yes!! I got a very disturbing call this morning with serval attempts to reach me about a Dolly that I returned from the Sherwood store today. I rented a 6X12 trailer and a dolly on 8/10/22 and returned both on 8/11/22. The caller Mike asked if I returned the dolly. I'm not sure why I received the call and I'm very upset that I personally wheeled it back into the building before I went to the back of the building by the locked gate to put the 6X12 back!! Very bad business to me!! No need to respond back to me!! I just felt like someone needed to know!!!

Mike was very kind and helpful. This was our first time to rent a trailer and he explained everything clearly. He even gave me free driving lessons with the trailer. I will never recommend U-Haul the moving company to anyone they changed their policy from you just paying for the truck and mileage to keeping your deposit as well! So you $100 plus the truck fee and mileage all because people have “stealing” their trucks! Which of course if I knew that upon renting the moving truck I would not have rented the truck. But I wasn't told that either when I came in to U-storage and place my reservation which I find very sneaky and underhanded. Nevertheless it's cheaper to just book a moving company and save you back and your money!!! And let them do it! Because U-haul isn't the business to use!

Make sure you read the fine print. Mileage is only allocated for point A to point B. No mileage is allocated for pick up location to point A or from point B to the drop off location. U-Haul seems to find a way to charge extra for mileage. Unethical and highly disappointed.

At the uhaul I rented from was freandly and under standing. See I had a blow out I had to wait a 90min for the repair I was told I would be compensated for my time when i call I was connected to the call center asking for more time due to the delay and I was told no because there was a reservation on it. When I arrived the guy the asked me why I brought it back so early I was told because the call center told me I couldn't have it for a few more hours. I think is messed up. Oh ya I was by a uhaul when I had my flat it was about two miles away I was late and I couldn't finish delivering my car to the shop. So thanks for not caring about the customers I will let my military buddy know to stay away. The location was good but the call center is horrible.

I thought when you rent something you have it until your done and you're charged accordingly. By the time I got there to pick up the truck I reserved, he had already rented my truck to someone else then charged me $10 more because he had to give me a bigger truck. The cup holders were sticky and nasty because someone didn't clean them out. We have rented a Uhaul several times this past month, because we moved, but we always rented from Opt in Cabot. We never had these problems with them.

My son and I were in a jam and Chris at the U Storage in Sherwood, Arkansas went up and beyond to help us get a trailer for transporting some items that needed to get to the destination the next day. He made sure our needs were met and did exactly what he said he would do. And it was much appreciated.

I had a reservation on the U-HAUL app that let me pick up at 7:30, however when I arrived it then said it was not a 24/7 pickup location. So I had to wait until it opened and didn't get to leave until 8:30. Nobody called to explain that either. The times should be blocked off to avoid this inconvenience.

Estimated miles for my move that were not enough and had me bringing a uhaul back when I wanted to drop it off where I moved to. Things need to be done a lot better because it's already a lot to move but have extra bs from you guys doesn't help.
