Very disappointing customer service, I was charged $63.00 for one day, and after he swiped my card, I was told that he had to have the Truck back in 6 hours.. I will be filing a complaint

CLean windows & cab...call customer on the day you say you will...provide truck as requested or notify customer to see if a change in size is an impact on their use...Same for dtop off point.

The Staff was wonderful. They tried their best to make a stressful situation better. The only complaint I have is the actual system they are using went down and it delayed my moving day by an hour. not fun. PLEASE GET THEM A BETTER SYSTEM. Customer service is so much harder when you don't have the technology to help you do your job.

Paid for 12 moving pads, only got 5. Was told I couldn't be refunded the difference when I returned truck. They even looked in truck before and assured me that it had the right amount of pads

We stopped at the warden road location in Sherwood, that location was beyond unacceptable the staff was rude didn't say a word to us the gentleman at the front desk walked right passed us we stood there for about 10 minutes before someone came up from the back he was also not attentive and said he didn't have anything without listening to our request. We called up to the location on 107 the entire experience was great and the person who helped us was friendly from start to finish. Will highly recommend this location to anyone looking in this area.

Tongue lock was not tight. I asked the installer if he tightened it and he said yes but when I checked it was all the way loose not tight.

I had issues upon returning my vehicle on 15th Feb, it took almost 50 minutes to try and find an solution. It was not even corrected properly. Your computer charged me for two days use but only had for 8 hours. Then to try get refuned was impossible because no one gad ever done it, not even your manager. But I did return the next day for my truck. Turn in was much smoother.

Have the program to check in on line working . You cost me $45 for the moving men because you system was not working. It was NOT the internet it was the uhaul program This location would not help even though they street told i would be returning the truck on sunday. They just kept telling me to use the online program ands for system was down again. Your customer service acknowledged that it was not working

Hello, I picked up my uhaul on Thursday Sept.6,2018 from the pick up store. The guy at the pick up site came out and helped hook the trailer on to the truck and in hindsight, did not lock it on to the trailer. On my way home (15 makes bytes later)the trailer unhooked and went into emergency brake mode and locked up. Called for roadside assistance from the side of the highway, and could not get the emergency brake to release... after an hour of trying, we walked to a harbor freight store close by and got brake fluid... apparently the trailer was bone dry with no brake fluid... The road side assistance guy and came and looked at the trailer and he stated that the trailer should have never been used for rental , the brake was rusted to where it got stuck in the emergency position and without brake fluid caused our 2 hour problem. He said it was not looked at the servicing detail including the brake fluid.i have used Uhual quite a bit, I have student children who move every year, and this has caused great disappointment in my experience. I feel someone’s neglect could have cause serious damage to me, my truck and anyone around me, because of the trailer not being locked in or being serviced before being rented out, to include the brake fluid. I would like some type of compensation for my not great experience. thank you ??Jennifer Moore Cabot, AR Contract number 93990204 I wrote to uhaul and got a response from Tallahassee who basically blew me off to another uhaul location
