There is a rattle in or around the passenger door. I had to buckle the middle seatbelt to get the seatbelt alarm to stop - even though I was the only person in the vehicle.

Bobbie JThe UHaul smartphone app, while connected through this particular UHaul office router, would not allow me to return their truck. I spent 35min in the parking lot repeating the 'return vehicle' instructions. I also had zero cellular coverage, so I turned on my wifi calling option to connect with the 800# and soon talked to a human who said the servers were malfunctioning. At this time I do not see an additional $20.00 fee for not completing the vehicle turn-in online. Otherwise the truck was a huge help and ran well, after warming up.

craig kImprove customer service and her memory. If you can't improve her memory, teach her to WRITE IT DOWN! Do not allow staff to cancel a customer's reservation without calling the customer for verification first. Do not call the customer to request exactly what time the rental will be returned. Do NOT allow gasoline in an enclosed trailer. If gasoline was allowed, clean it to remove the odor.

James ESherwin is great, no complaints there. The biggest issue is the UHaul App. It timed out on me which forced me to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to get the code out. Returning it through the app was fine, but the check-in and getting the key was terrible.

Unfortunately when we got the 6 X 12 trailer loaded and I did a walk around safety check I found the passenger side rear brake line hanging down broken off , I drove back to Sherwin industries and the owner looked at it and told me we have to unload and take a different trailer because it wasn't safe. It took 3 hours to unload and reload in the hot weather. I called the Uhaul main office and was told I would get a20% off for my inconvenience which I thought was fair.
Duke CFound out after I pick truck up the passenger tail light and break light are out. Biggest issue I had was picking up and dropping off. Took way too long to do this process as this location was closed. Very frustrating
EDWARD H1. There was confusion with this office regarding my drop off location in Oxford MI, that I was told I could drop off that day. I was told I only could pick from the locations that were given, that were three different locations. The location that we were forced to pick, which was in Rochester MI caused us about an extra hour and a half to 2 Hours Rd. trip additional travel time. Over and above two hours that were added on to your location change for pick up. We were not told about a option unknown location that we could pick that would've given us just to drop it off at the Oxford location. Anyways, this just added to additional stress to our day. We had to call and have Oxford location confirm drop off that same day. 2. Overcharged for the equipment by almost $300.

Brian LThis has more to do with the website than this particular location. I scheduled to pick up the rental at one location, the day before the rental I was notified I needed to pick up the rental at this location. This added 20 minutes to my drive, as in most cases this would not be a big deal, but I was coming from 400 miles away. In addition, the store closed 2 hours earlier than the original store, requiring me to leave 1 hour earlier than initially anticipated.

David WI feel like there should be a way that someone can add to their payment with a different card or cash without having to cancel it and restart the order. So my money got held and not refunded while I had to re come up with the payment a different way and it took every dollar that I had leftover to feed my kids on and gas for my car when i shouldn't have had to deal with this. Now I wait until the hold comes off if it even does or it might get taken anyways from u guys because it was still pending even afterwards. So what should've only been $101.00 ended up being $173.00.. im really hoping this gets released back to me or else im even more screwed.
