It was a convenient location but nothing special beyond a gas station.
CLARK AFast & easy. Kind service
Charlotte MI was suppose to have a reservation at another site and they did not have the truck. They made this reservation at a different site for me to pick up the truck. All paperwork and payment was done at the first site. i did not receive the $50 off. They then charged me for a one way when it was an intown. The miles then that they gave did not get applied and I am being charged milage. The gas gauge was also wrong, There was less than half a tank full when I picked up the truck to which I refilled to where it was and they are stating that there was more gas than there actually was. So I was overcharged for an out of town rental and then doubled charged for miles that should have been free and gas that was not in there to begin with

Darlene MNo customer service. They had the truck parked in the back and the clerk gave me the keys and told me to go get it. No walk through. Gas was not full. Made him aware. Brought it back with MORE gas than I left and was still charged for extra gas when I returned it. The return was terrible. The lot was blocked by a food truck and the clerk told me to just leave it parked on the side wherever. Would not recommend this location ever.

María CI am very displeased with the fact that I had to drive to another location and rack up miles for a dolly. The location I picked up truck from did not have dollies although they asked me if I wanted one and charged me for it. I got it refunded. Then they charged me for Save Move I did not check Safe Move never have and I always decline it. Then I got charged for gas even though I took a picture before and after and the needle was in the same exact spot as when I picked it up. And I paid for the extra miles for the dolly because I had to return to the place I rented it from and couldn't leave with truck I rented. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE PEOPLE! Now I have to go back to truck rental spot and try to get my money back from overcharging me! What is the point of offering stuff and whether you click it or not you will get charged either way and then not get the item you are charged for.
Alle CKaram is the best most friendly associate I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at any gas station or rental location ever this fine gentleman took good take of me like family and made it a easy process with no bullshit and all respect this is not the last time I rent it is the first of many even if I have to pay extra to rent from here vs rent from the city I need the rental for in to do my work or hauling I definitely will if ur reading this keep up the great work and I owe u a a big thanks for helping me even tho I am not good with phones and internet very helpful may great things come your way young man
Edris R10 minute transition took one and a half hours. First the representative didn't have his password to login. He had to use my personal phone to finished the transaction. The truck he rented me didn't have any gas. He recommended that I put $35 in the tank when I went to fill up the tank there was a hole in the tank I had to wait around and get an another truck. I'm very disappointed. Was not able to finish my project.
Delvin MReally bad customer service and they took 2 days to close out the truck and said that I used it for 2 days when I only used it for 1 day. It was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul and because of this experience, I will not be using UHaul again.

Maria AReservation was not available due to inaccurate hours in U-Hauls system. It took about 2 hours for the whole ordeal and never was able to get another vehicle. Absolutely terrible service on U-Hauls behalf.

Eric Lvan was dirty and had several maintenance issues. dealer added insurance without my approval and the property is littered with ghetto folks
allen lAfter returning our U-Haul in early, I had to contact U-Haul twice to get this location to check in my U-Haul truck. There was a car blocking the trucks both times we went. They moved their car promptly but it made us feel uneasy. The whole experience made us feel uneasy. We will not be coming back to this location.
