We used the remote access to get our truck & I wouldn't recommend that at all. It was more complicated than expected & delayed us for over an hour. The person working was helpful but she wasn't there yet when we arrived for pick up (why we chose remote access). Drop off was simple. Parking at this location was limited when we picked up.Michael H.

I was experiencing difficulty using the app. I called the 800 number to document my issue. When I checked my receipt, I was charged tripple the amount. No one us reading the comments, or following up with the customer.Verna H.

The van had Arizona plates, so I'm not sure whether or not they had time to wash the van. I didn't encounter any problems driving it though. Laura was very nice at both the pick up and delivery. If necessary, I would rent again from this location again and recommend it to others.Ericka H.
Pick up was allowed to be scheduled for 7am, I showed up and no one was there, pushing my retrieval time to 8am and setting my work day back by a lot. Also the client support phone line left something to be desired. I spoke to 4 different agents in the span of 3 minutes. Every single, last one, asked me what the issue was, then transferred me. When I asked for a supervisor I was told there was none and promptly transferred again. The only person that was able to help me was the last rep, Jazmin, I believe and she took the time to figure out the problem and work with me on it. Last but not least it was not a true mobile pickup because I was required to get the keys from an attendant, who would not give me the keys because the uhaul rep was not there. I hope this helps improve this location and your phone support system.Vincenzo M.

Ask the customer service personnel at this location, to put away their personal cell phones, when the customer approach the service window to get assistance and help the customer. Once they are done with the customer, they can go back to their personal calls and videos.rowland J.

It took a long time to get the truck and we couldn't find it so we had to switch vehicles. The truck only had 1/8 of a tank of fuel. We had to fill it to 1/4 on our own dime.Wilhelmus B.

I got there at 2:15 for my 2:30 reservation. Mobile pick up wasn't working and the agent wasn't on site. I didn't get in my van until 2:45 and was in a hurry at that point. I took a pic of the odometer because it did t match what was on my paperwork. Also the agent charged me for insurance when I had declined it when reserving. He hastily explained the refuel and circled a diagram And said â€œfuel has to be in between hereâ€ and when I brought it back after driving a whole 4 miles the fuel hadn't budged but I was charged for fuel. Bottom line - never again.Erika G.

Attendant couldnt provide UScan device to scan license and complete check in process. Upon return of vehicle during normal operation hours, had to wait 20 minutes for the attendant,,,, they never showed up. A non uhaul employee behind the counter of the gas station told me just leave the keys and "someone will get to it eventually"... so... yea.Kerel F.

Have a clearly designated drop off spot. After I bought gas the one of the attendants asked â€œare you going or coming?â€ I said â€œI'm dropping off the truck.â€ He said â€œthen where are you going?â€ because I was reversing away from the pump so that I was not in the way. A bit rude since I didn't want to leave the truck blocking the gas pump so other drivers could get gas. He was the one that did the test drive to confirm that the latch was defective.Ericka E.

I rented a dozen furniture pads, but only 5 were made available to the location, and apparently there were none to be had at other nearby locations or locations near the place I was headed to collect some furniture. An adequate supply of furniture pads seems to be a pretty basic and important thing to maintain. Other than that, tho', very good experience overall.Charlie C.

The staff here told me that I had to click through and agree that I was given the key before they would give it to me. They made me agree to the mileage before I could check it because they refused to give me the key. When I got the key from them I turned on the van and it said â€œcheck tiresâ€ in place of the mileage. I asked the staff about it and they said â€œyou're fineâ€ even though they had plenty of other vans. They put us in danger by making us use a clearly out of service van.Aaron R.

It took me 3 hours to be able to pick up the truck; I was the payment cardholder, my driver went to pick up the truck (I put him on file as the driver), but they didn't let him take it since he wasn't the cardholder. I was going to phone you re this establishment. The place is DANGEROUS , as the vehicle and the way people are treated. I'm a Dr , firstly no one had a mask on and the vehicles were filthy + a warning light on the dash saying an engine fault + tyre issues . I was also asked for $20 cash for Covid cleaning ????? Had the worst experience with this U-hail facility. I opted for mobile check-in as I thought it would be the fastest option. It took over 25 minutes to check-in and the staff only assisted when my partner asked multiple times. I ordered the drop cloth and was told I needed to fold them back upon my return (that is not my role I am the costumer). Fast forward to returning the vehicle I mistakenly parked it back where we got it from, I didn't see in the contract that it could not be parked there. Instead of the employee calmly and professionally telling us where to park he berated my partner and agitated him to the point it was a screaming match. I had to ask 3 times where to park as it was unclear. The employee then told us we would never be able to book there again which is fine as the costumer experience was horrible. I will be going to the better business bureau to report this location.TIAVAD G.
