The owner a Mr poppy attempted to no let me have the rental I already paid for. Only after calling the guy I made the arrangements with and handing him my phone he tossed my phone down and still gave me an issue. I walked outside and called my lawyer who advised me to try and amend the situation before taking legal action. After about 20 minutes of the hour I wasted there did he call me back inside to act as if he was allowing me as if it was he was the owner of uhaul itself to take the rental. Very poop customer service, arrogance, and disregard for anyone. A person with his shit attitude should not be in charge of even the most miniscule thing because he has a power trip over being the gate keeper to the equivalent of a pile of dog shit. Thanks for the horrible customer service, a filthy truck, shotty equipment. Thanks Mr. PoopyWilliam P.

Pick up location was changed without any confirmation or notification. Had issues with the 24/7 pick up process and it was a disaster. Will avoid using Uhaul ever again.Kymberleigh B.

My husband and I rented a 6 X 12 trailer. About and hour into our trip it started fishtailing. We were going to return it where we rented it, but decided to drop off at a different location due to problem with it. We called uhaul to find a different location. Talked to many different people and departments, both by phone and online chat. Were disconnected, put on hold, shifted from departent to department, sent to 5 different locations and wound up returning it back in to original destination. The one location that we could have returned it to was going to charge us $300.00 over original cost to leave it there. Worst experience we have ever had with uhaul and we have rented from them many times. Only thing good about this experience was Sammy who originally rented the equipment to us. So nice to us and apologized for all the trouble.Bobby G.
There wasn't anybody even at this location to help me and my daughter lift the trailer and get it off the truck so we hurt ourselves lifting it off the truck. It was during business hours and the open sign was up but t door was locked. Will never do business with the Olla,la branch again never no exceptionsMisty P.

I ordered a 20 foot truck. They never called me to tell me they only had a 26ft. I ordered a appliances dolly. They had one but couldn't rent it because it wasn't in their inventory. I needed the smaller truck because of the tight space I moved from. I had a hard time loading my fridge, washer & dryer without the dollyJOHN S.
