They didn't have a furniture dolly. However they went out of their way to locate one. Excellent service

Mark BMy original reservation for a 15' truck at Sun Storage at 1336 Alt 19 was a big problem. Had the reservation for 10:00 & when I got there he told me they didn't have any trucks for me. I had the movers meeting me there & he tells me sorry they never brought it back. If he knew he had a reservation coming in, why wouldn't he call to let me know ahead of time or arrange something BEFORE I showed up there at 10:30? After calling U-Haul to explain the problem, he told me the Sun Sentry U-Haul location at 3839 US Hwy 19 had a truck for me. Had to let the movers know to now meet me at another location. When I got there, Aaron had everything ready for me & knew he had to get me all setup as soon as possible, which he did. He was very nice, helpful, & the location was great. I will never go or refer anyone to the original Sun Storage location but will definitely be using Sun-Sentry for a couple of upcoming jobs I have. Thank you Aaron!!

CLAUDETTE SThe windshield had a film on the inside and when driving into the sunlight, it created visibility issues. That is a he only complaint about the entire trip. Everything else was very good. For future just make sure that the windshield is cleaned inside and out.
David DThis is not a problem with this location, but U-Haul in general. You allow reservations when the location doesn't have the product to be rented. That is messed up and nerve wracking for someone that needs the rental on a tight schedule

Scott SI reserved the truck online and ordered a dolly. There wasn't one on the truck. i called them and was told they didn't have any accessories. Online also didn't give the option to refuse the insurance, but was able to once picking up the truck.

The employees were extremely helpful, as my original drop off location was an abandoned car lot which was chained closed and had no working phone number. Thank goodness for Sentry self storage!

Paul WI drove the truck 3miles each way,loaded furniture,locked the truck overnight. Did foot work at house,unloaded the truck,put $3:00 gas in on the way back,driving the other 3 miles. They charged me for both days of course,but also charged me $5.95 for gas. While it’s only six dollars,I feel they cheated me as I only drove six miles and put $3.00 in the tank.
thomas bThe truck was on empty when i got it. We returned it the same way yet I was charged $58 that was taken off my card. $28 was for the gas they had to fill up and then $30 for a late fee. Why would I have a late fee if you are going to just take it off my card without my permission anyways. Customer service tried to help me. I sent a pick of the gas gauge with the gas light on as soon I got in the truck. I have had no response since to correct the problem. I called back and the lady was very rude. She then transferred me to nicer man but he told me I needed to reply to a contact you sent me but it was on a no reply email. I have not been happy with this service.

EVERETT Pmy experience with this location was great. However I booked originally with UHaul.com. The location I chose for pickup was not where .com sent me. The first location was a lockbox with one truck under a tree. After going home and calling I was sent to a 2nd location that I was told by the UHaul rep was a manned location. Again it was closed with a lock box that had no access. I drove to a loc that I knew would be open at 11am. Sentry mini storage. I would recommend them but would never use UHaul.com again! I wasted 3 hrs running around trying to get a truck while my helpers to load waited with nothing to do.
Lisa OEverything went very well. The van we rented was very clean. The counter personell were very helpful and courteous.
John PThis location was great. However the over all experience with reservations and 24 pick up and return were pathetic and was a total let down. With all my military moves with U-Haul I have never been so let down and inconvenienced. Driving to 3 locations no phone help or chat working. U-Haul made a simple in-town move Into a circus act and made me look like a clown.

Karen KTruck was dirty and had cigarette butts and ashes around the cab and inside the back of the truck. The middle seat belt did not work correctly and was unsafe. The back right rear tire was given to me and was dangerously low on air. I was given the keys and could not wait in line again as there were 5 people ahead of me after I received the truck. So i took the truck and had to spend time cleaning the cab and sweeping out the back. I also had to put air in the right rear tire. I was also charged for a dolly rental even the I did not use it. the secure tag was already missing when i was given the vehicle. The station rep would have noticed this if they took the time to show me the truck, inspect it and give me proper safety and operating instructions.
