The fact that the truck didn't work when we went to pick it up and had to wait 2 hours was absolutely ridiculous. Was not offered any kind of reimbursement nothing.Joshua A.

Go somewhere else. Location only has one key code box for mobile pickup and returns with multiple trucks. I had a 8:30 pickup time and the app would not provide me with a key code. I had to wait until someone showed up at office to get keys to truck. Office opened at 9. No one showed up until 9:20. Didn't leave the lot with truck until 9:35 so I lost an hour just waiting for someone to show.Andrew D.

Have employee trained to use the uhaul system, don't charge me for 3 gallons of gas when I only drove 9 miles in total and put 2 gallons of gas in truck before returning it. Don't put a hold on my bank account and not release the hold when charging the card and over draft my bank account. These are never issues I've had beforeNathaniel F.
