The lock on the back of the truck was broken, but we had our own lock so it was not a problem for us, but might be for someone else. the cab was very smoky smelling, but that is probably unavoidable! The young man that worked at the counter was extremely helpful and so Professional. He went above and beyond! We will definitely be back and recommend to others! Thank you!!!

Denise JThis was a fiasco reservation - this location had nothing to do with it - made an initial reservation with a Frank’s tires in Beebe, Ar and when went to get truck they did not leave the keys in the lock box and had to drive 30 miles to this location to get this truck - no Dollie’s or pads to use - Searcy location great but was on a Sunday and they were closed but would not recommend the Beebe location
Kenneth JYou should explain your rental times better I wanted to rent the truck for 24 hrs and when he stated my time was between 10-2pm he did not say that time was to use the truck I was under the impression it was time slot to pick up the truck to start the rental. I was called at 3pm and the gut was very rude saying I signed this contract knew what was expected of me and told me very rudely I had to get the truck back yet I was barely starting to load the truck. He acted like there was no way no hoe I could keep the truck as I expected and there was some family waiting on it. But when I called back to tell him it was not possible to do this and be do e he made it work. Had he just done that from the start I wouldn't have been so stressed stopped what I had to do to make arrangements and get behind.
Deana COnline stated our drop off had 24 hour access but when we arrived the gate was locked preventing us from getting to the parking lot. The person we spoke with said information online is not accurate. Then uhaul changed our drop off. I had to call 3 times to get this resolved.

Cris R24 hr truck rental was sold as ‘$30 per day’, but after $.99/mile mileage charge, fuel charge and tax, the total was over $100. I understand the total, but don’t sell it using a low price when you know it will be more

Gail LWe rented this 5x8 trailer in the evening, we looked over the trailer box and despite clearly being old and worn it was in ok condition. However, we did not crawl under the trailer to look at the undercarriage...which is U-Hauls job to make sure is maintained and SAFE. We took the trailer and loaded it at night and left in the early morning. During the trip we noticed we were using ALOT more gas than usual so pulled into gas station to inspect trailer. It was leaning like crazy because it had a broken leaf spring and the axle was crooked. This trailer was a couple miles away from blowing a tire and the AXLE RIPPING OUT. As the pictures we sent show, the leaf spring was broken PRIOR to us renting the trailer and slipped past u-haul "inspection" which caused the shackle bolts to slip and slide closer to the tires. When we noticed it the shackle bolts were less than a quarter inch from puncturing the tire. My FAMILY was in this vehicle and this was ALMOST a catastrophic failure which could have resulted in a wreck on the interstate highway. I will think again about using U-haul since something as BLATANT as broken leaf springs and janky axle somehow passed inspection and put my family at risk for some furniture I needed to haul. (the furniture was damaged as well since the trailer had no cushion for normal road bounce since it was basically sitting on axle.)

Bryan SCustomer service was excellent. But the truck was jankey felt like the transmission slipped a few times and when it downshifted it was real rough and didn't want to shift up . Other than that great service and I would recommend.
John HI only have one small suggestion. The left rear tire monitor was on stating it was low and while the tire looked OK it was a bit worrisome. Many times tire inflation sensors malfunction and this was true in this case. It would, however, be helpful to let the customer know prior to leaving that the sensor was malfunctioning and there were no worries about having to stop at a station to check it out.. The guys were very friendly and helpful; I highly recommend them. The next time I need to rent a truck or van I will definitely go back.

He had me ready to go before my credit card cleared leather (cowboy joke)! Got me all hooked up, inspection done and lights tested before I departed. I was very impressed with his service!
