I’ve probably driven 5-6 of your trucks moving over the years. Always a good experience. I do need to tell someone that the steering in this one needs some tightening up, very loose. Kind of hard driving till you get use to moving the steering wheel and it not moving until you get about 6-7 inches in the turn.

We did self check-in on Saturday and there is no 4G signal there for Verizon. We had to take the pictures and then drive to where we could get a signal. When we went back to get the odometer and gas level, the app hadn't saved pur place and we ended up doing it by phone with customer service. Then we had problems dropping it off - it didn't recognize my password and we got error messages when we tried to change it. Again, we had to complete the transaction by phone with customer service.

When you change the pickup location let the customer know. I drove to the location on my confirmation paper for my pickup and was told that the vehicle wasn't there, it was somewhere else.

Unprofessional employees.. did not provide me with a full rundown of charges but was more concerned with getting me out the door. Had to have a day extension and was told the price was going to be 39.95 and $60 came out of my account. I cannot access my receipt at all to see where those charges came from.

They seem to not know what to do in case of a incident. Most Uhaul dealers will go over things but they told me to just read over the pamphlet and I can find my info there. Just wasn't professional at all.

-- The computer didn't work, so I had to wait 45 minutes for the rental contract to print. -- I had originally reserved at Vienna, Illinois, 3 miles from my house. This location was over 30 minutes away. -- The "fifteen foot truck" only had 12 feet of floor space, so I had to make multiple trips in my private car to get the rest moved. -- The location had ZERO interest in addressing my concerns once the contract was paid. Horrible, abysmal customer service.

Was after store after hours when I dropped it off. very easy and I have no complaints.

This was supposed to be a 24 hour drop off and when we arrived on Sunday eve. there was no identifying place to drop off the key and invoice. It was in a terrible area of town and there were all sorts of "locals" loiterring around that made it feel very unsafe. I had to call the 24 hour uhaul line to find out where to drop the key and FINALLY after looking it was in a very hidden place that made absolutely no sense at all!!!

Clean and accessible. Only one person able to process uhaul rentals. Was not there at the specified rental time. So much for your $50 guarantee! It may as well be written on toilet tissue! Your guy was late and I had to either come back later or go to a different location, but that's ok. I was 2hrs late coming back in and get charged an extra day! I will NEVER, EVER use U Haul again! I will inform everyone I know of your haphazard and shady business practices and do my best to see that no-one I know ever uses your equipment or services.

Changed reservation after seeing 4'x8' trailer in person (too small for what I was looking to do) very helpful in changing my reservation on the fly and rented 6'x12' trailer. Trailer was clean, all lights worked properly, and tires were inflated to specification at pickup time.

I have rented from this location and have been pleased with their service. This time I needed a trailer at the last minute due some plans changing. I called a number in the phone book and got a regional or national rep. I wanted an open trailer but upon arrival at the location they did not have any. His info said I requested a box trailer. He did find me an open trailer and offered to change the contract but it was across town and didn't want to go there due to time restrictions. I did use what was available and it worked out fine for what I had to do. This location was very friendly and professional and will continue to use their services. The mix up was not the location's fault, but they did their best to get what I wanted to get the job done.
