Maybe have them submit the drivers license and other info ahead of time, becuz it took a decent amount of time at checkin. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Andrew CliffordNo one on site knew the procedure. The app didn't work for me. I had to call the support number This wasted 20 minutes or more of the 4 hr rental. My moving team ran into a snag at the storage facility. The lift we needed to use to get belongings down from the 2nd floor wasn't working. We waited 40 minutes to find out it would not be fixed until Monday. We emptied the entire 10 x 6 storage unit and hand carried everything down the stairs to load in the truck. I tried to extend the rental through the app and tried calling the facility, and got no where. I delivered the truck as soon as we dropped the last load.

We tried calling the help line (told it would be 15min on hold) after first being asking for personal phone #s & told I was not validated. The truck was clean inside, but the front grill was full of bugs. The truck was fine, the app was not

george tealThe truck's transmission was slipping and nearly killed me driving through the mountains. It would not down shift and it was difficult breaking when it was still in fifth gear. The power steering was not great either.

robert francisThey have very little parking available and it was all taken. We pulled the uhaul inside the gate and went in to turn in the key- knowing that they would obviously have to move the truck once they got the key. On our way into the office, a rude employee said "Did you park that truck there?" "You can't park there!" He was very rude, and he took the key and moved the truck to where it was actually blocking part of their drive way! I don't see how that was any better. Other than that the check out process was fine and the person in the office was very nice.
Michael PapaliaIt was just a drop-off place. There was no one there and I called and was told to put the keys in a box. I didn't realize in advance that it would not be a real U-Haul facility.

FLORENCE QUINNIt took an hour just to pick up a Dolly that I pre- reserved. I had requested a Utility Dolly at the team of reservation but when I arrived it showed a small one. The poor woman at pick up location had to call. UHAUL SEVERAL TIMES as I waited an hour at Sanders Lock Smith in San Dimas California on Arrow HWY .

MICHELLE ARNOLDReally, the women that helped me quoted me one price and when checking out charged me an additional $ 40.00 + - at check out and when I asked why so much I only went over 4 miles from what I figured and she said that's what's coming up. She couldn't figure it out until I called the 800 number they told me she charged me for 2 days of rental and basic insurance, really I only had the rental for a max of 4 -5 hours ( and she couldn't figure out why my final bill was so elevated) you need to make sure that your outlet places have the proper training on a periodic basis .

BILL WOOExceeds expectations! Sanders Lock & Key provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Great customer service, clean new truck and reasonable cost. The only glitch was it took a while to check the truck back in when we returned it, but it was after hours so no big deal.
