No one was there during operating hours when I dropped off the truck. I waited for half an hour past opening hour. I had to drop the key in the return slot. On top of that, I get a call two days later that the truck wasn't returned when it was. This is not acceptable.stephen C.

You should notify customers more than 15 minutes before their pick up time that the truck reserved is not available. Luckily I only had to wait until 9:30am for a smaller truck than reserved. However, the smaller truck meant two trips which meant paying more for mileageSOCORRO V.

The app mentions a drop box, but this location uses a lockbox. There verbiage was confusion. Not the locations fault though. The app needs to be contextual.Skyy G.
The lock on the uhaul didn't work. It pulled open with a light tug (no key inserted). The truck had an outrageous amount of damage that was not marked. I was concerned I would be charged for damage that I didn't create. It was nearly impossible to note and picture all the damage. The inside of the truck was disgusting. Trash and dirt were everywhere. The back of the truck was covered in dirt (appeared to be potting soil or something similar). And uhaul has the audacity to remind me to return the truck in clean condition so I'm not charged. I will dispute any and all charges regarding the cleanliness of this vehicle.BRIAN R.
Make sure you have a representative Their when customers arrive to pick up or drop off. Both times i had to wait atleast 20 minutes for someone to open the door. Drop off i waited 28 minutes for someone to come and attend me. The representative didn't even inspect the truck when i dropped it off. She just said oh you will get paper work via emailJESUS A.

I thought that everything was complete when we left the U-Haul place I was lead to believe that everything was in the truck the hatch was open when we arrive at our location when I looked there was no Dolly not blankets. When I came back I told the person that was working there he told me that there was nothing he can do to deduct to refund the money? I asked if he can do a discount and pretty much blew me off on that. To me it seemed he was the only one working there and didn't have enough help but that's no excuse you are running a business and your supposed to make sure that everything I ordered is there or walk me out to see if everything is all good. I did filled up gas but had to drive to return the truck so it's little less then when I'd picked up the truck and I'd returned the truck 2 days early and He still charged me $50 for gas. That's not right. I'll just won't rent from Uhaul again.Michelle R.

uHaul 15' truck had not been properly cleaned on the interior or exterior prior to my use. Visible dust and dirt on the dashboard, knobs, and sticky inside cupholders. Exterior of the vehicle was also very dirty and the truck was beat-up and damaged from previous use. At a minimum, interior of the truck should be thoroughly cleaned between rentals.MICHAEL W.

The vehicle i rented a 10' foot truck, it was filled with marjuana oder. Windshield was low visibility due to the rental prior ? Over all good location for pick up purpose, service is average.Bryan S.
NEEDED A TRUCK AND CAR DOLLY FOR WHITTIER, CA, THE CLOSES U HALL WAS PICO RIVERS, CA, JUST WAS ABOUT TO TURN INTO THE U HAUL, GOT A CALL SAYING MY TRUCK WONT BE THIER TIL 2 PM, BUT THE NEXT PLACE WAS SAN GABRIL,,, GOT TO SAN GABRIL NO CAR DOLLY, SO HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR AT SAN GABRIL TAKE THE U HAUL TRUCK BACK TO PICO RIVERS TO GET A CAR DOLLY THEN GOT BACK TO SAN GABRIL TO GET MY CAR THEN TO WHITTIER, THE PICO REIVER WAS GOING TO CARGE MY OVER 100 BUCKS WHEN I WAS QUATED 75,00 FOR THE DOLLY,,, HAVE NOT GOTEN THE FULL CARGES ON MY CC YET... Keyla and eduardo helped me reserve a truck on thursday for friday pick up. They are easy to talk to, friendly and listen and explain whatever concerns you may have which is amazing. The process was easy. Picked up the keys on friday 4:30pm, actually left the truck in there cos i dont have parking around my place. Picked up the truck saturday 7am. Returned it by 3pm. You can actually pick up the truck anytime on your 24hr window (mine was friday 4:30 to saturday 4:30) there's another guy who works there that helped out on my checkout i forgot to ask his name, and he was very helpful also. Tldr: keyla, eduardo and the other guy was very nice and helpful.ROBINPAUL D.

I over filled the gas tank, and no was because use too much, was because the gas gauge does not work properly, so I looking for some reimbursement but doesn't apply for return money if you put gas, but if you don't return the gas like it was, 5 for each gallon plus 30 for another fee.
