Fantastic at helping when uhaul originally messed up my reservation.
Alexandra DroseVery poor communication. It appeared that the truck was clean however, when returning the truck the pick up location discovered trash up under the seat that we had to clean in order not to be charged. We also asked that a different form of payment be used but he had already run the info formation on hand. He then told us that it would not be applied until drop off location and that they could change it. That was a lie! I did not appreciate him bold face lying at all therefore I would never recommend this location!!

JOSE PEREZ-LOPEZThe gentleman there appeared to me ,he was trying to get more money out of me I was so unhappy with the service there I would never want to drop off a U-Haul there again! He also made things hard for me and kept saying fill the tank up after I told him I put the right gas in there he was still trying to get me to put more gas in the tank I was so unhappy we had a little argument. He was very money hungry!

Ted CappsI rented an 8’x10’ trailer 2 weeks in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time and they didn’t have one. I had to take a 5’x8’, which then required 2 trips to move what I needed to move. Made a 4 hour move into an 8 hour move and wasted gas.
Jeff KaserMy comments are not about the pickup location but rather about U-Haul as a whole. I originally selected a location very close to my home since it was all to be done in just a few hours. However day of pickup U-Haul moved my location twice, eventually settling on a location over 20 miles further from me than the original. Since I have to pay .99 a mile, this cost me nearly $40 more than it was supposed to, not including the extra gas cost

Nicholas YoungThis location operator (Mr Patel) treated my wife like a criminal when she asked for a bill break down and why he was charging us 109$, due to the simple fact that she didn't have control over my money, but was willing to message me after she knew why it was for that price at drop-off. Instead of being nice to my wife, he fussed at her while she is still grieving over a death in her family during while we were moving. Not only did he get rude, he put his hands on my wife, grabbed her, treated her like a criminal, caused harm to her fingers & pulled on our car door as she sat down holding the handle of the door to the car. She shown me her fingernail was ripped because of his yanking on the door. He threw the keys at her face through the door of our car. My wife didn't press charges, but she called U-Haul immediately to report his actions. I think he should be in jail for assaulting my wife during a time she is grieving. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! He shouldn't have a U-Haul license..
Jeremy LandressFirst, our original location was closed. Not sure why I was able to book a reservation when the location was going to be closed for a week. Then I got a new reservation that was 20+ miles away. When I asked about the mileage I was told take it or leave it. Wry unprofessional The fuck to was U Haul but still I had to pay an extra $50 in mileage b/c the location I was supposed to go to was on vacation. I was later told if a reservation gets cancelled, the customer gets $50. I sure as hell did t get $50.00 We were to pick up truck at 7:30. We got to the location a few minutes early and no one was there. We had to call 5 or 6 times until someone finally showed up. Then he waited on other customers purchasing beer and soda before we were helped. The truck was swept but the inside was dusty and dirty. The truck rattled like it was going to fall apart when you went over 55 mph. He gave an estimated quote that seemed higher than expected. I didn’t notice he had changed for 2 days when I checked w the guy who schedule the truck When I asked the guy at the place he said “not my problem. You should have said something sooner” like before I got a copy of the bill! What the hell! I returned the truck 4.5 hours later and we were able to get the second day charges taken off. He was not very polite and was busy checking out customers at his store. I wait another 5 minutes and he said yea you are good. I have another reservation for the first location in 3 weeks. I am very worried that this reservation will get screwed up too. I wouldn’t recommend U Haul to anyone. Crazy set ice, dirty trucks and nothing g but stress and confusion!!!

Melissa RiddleI am a single female. The man working there told me that I should have brought a man with me to do this for me. He did not know how to hook up the trailer to my car and let me leave with it just locked on the hitch ball. He did not know to look for a second wire adapter on my car and did not know how to work the chains through the holes on my car to get them hooked up. My car was a 2019 Explorer. It had the correct equipment. I had to have someone hook it up correctly for me before traveling 260 miles.
Renade HeltonI would recommend having the parking lot and equipment more well kept. Also, train people how to guide customers to get hooked up too trailer. The man who was guiding me to hook up the trailer that I rented, allowed me to hit another trailer not visible form the driver seat. The man stated "no scratch," but when inspected, there was not only a scratch but also a dent and paint chipped off down to the metal.

Sitting in the blazin' sun sweltering heat and humidity tryin' to navigate a website sucked. The place I picked up the tow dolly from couldn't have been more accommodating. They really made it simple and stress free.

Michael AndrewPerson who collected my vehicle didn't know the difference between 5/16 and 5/8 and tried to charge me for 5/8 tank of gas (about $100) when it should have been at 5/16, which i had actually overfilled.
