Only 1 employee can check out equipment at this location that is primarily another business, a gas station. The employee was on lunch during my scheduled pickup time, the 1800 uhaul customer service reps were unfriendly and unhelpful. A simple scheduled pickup for a tow dolly involved over a half hour of waiting.

I requested a 6x12 trailer two weeks in advance for Ellensburg, WA. A day and a half before my moving day U-Haul informed me that my trailer was to be picked up 1 1/2 hours away and over a mountain pass in the winter in Cashmere, WA. When I asked about it (since I booked it two whole weeks prior) they said it was the best they could do. When I picked up, none of the trailer lights worked. Overall a very poor experience.

The actual location is great. Easy to find. The uhaul rental itself was muddy inside. Someone else parked their return so close to our assigned rental that we didn't know if we could get the vehicle out and no one was there. The other issue is the app. If the internet connection isn't good, good luck. Also it would be nice if one could prefill all the questions asked on the app instead of wasting 20 mins with a poor connection trying to fill it out.

The pickup location is a gas station where the person behind the counter takes a picture on their phone of your ID and CC and sends it to someone off-site. Weird, I don't want that on someone else phone. Then I had to wait 15mins for that off-site person to verify and check me in. Next, I had to help the attendant lift the trailer onto the hitch. The trailer is quite heavy, and if someone had back problems, you could really hurt them. Need a jack or some other setup to lift the tongue.

The drop-off location was in a city 15+ (30+ round-trip) miles from my destination city and not what I requested. We were notified of the change in drop-off cities 4 hours after leaving with the rental trailer. Staff at the drop-off location met me outside on my arrival and pointed to a location they wanted the trailer left. They offered no assistance in getting the trailer off my truck and went back inside their establishment. No one checked the condition of the trailer on return. I don't appreciate being used by U-Haul to redistribute their inventory to locations that is convenient for them. Requests to change my drop-off location took two phone calls, three transfers, 30+ minutes, and a call back. The request was ultimately denied saying that was the only available drop-off location in the area. Not a great experience. I will go out of my way to use a competitor on my next rental.

The person I delivered this to, didn't even want me to unload the trailer until I called Mohave Rentals and they talked to him! Then he called his boss to get permission to unload it at this location. Do I get a refund of two days from the original 5 days for usage?

I had to deal with 3 UHaul locations last week. Pullman, Moscow, Cashmere. My experiences at each location were terrible. I rented a 10 foot box truck and an auto transport. Order number: 90828272 Order number: 91467616 1- Pullman, WA (C & S Mini Storage) gave away my auto transport without telling me after I had already paid for it. My reservation was updated for a location over an hour away. I spent 45 minutes on the phone. I spoke with 3 different employees on the phone. The last employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Eventually I was able to reserve an auto transport in Moscow, ID. However, I had to wait multiple days. 2- The employee in Moscow (Nicholas K) was not helpful and rude. He refused to answer my questions about how to use the auto transport and just pointed at the picture on the equipment. 3- My experience in Cashmere, WA (Saffron Enterprises) was the worst. As I dropped off my equipment, the employee was talking on the phone our entire interaction (10 minutes). He asked me to back up the auto transport into multiple different locations. He never got off his phone to help. Eventually he just told me to pull up next to the building. As I was leaving, he said "You should really work on your driving." (While still talking on his phone). He never gave me any paperwork. My experience with Uhaul was terrible. I was in Pullman helping my elderly mother move out of her house. My mother and I both had to change our plans because Pullman Uhaul gave away my auto transport. The worst is that the employees at all the locations and on the phone were rude and unprofessional. I will actively seek a different company in the future. Do better.

I was pretty frustrated with getting a notice that my reservation I made wound up being in another city/town. I had asked for a 10:30 appt, but the person on the phone made it for 10. I called the texted number for the location around 9:30 am to let the location know I would be there around 11:30 or noon, as I was driving a few hours to get there. Once I got there, it was a gas station and the very nice lady working there said there was no one to hook it up, that I would need to hook up the trailer. I don't know how to do that! Never heard of this before. She got a hold of the owner and they said they waited around for me til about 10:30, but I had called and left a message and I didn't realize u-haul locations don't have someone there during biz hours. The cashier also said it was "his day off". Very strange. The cashier tried to get ahold of one of the other owners and they said they could be there at 2pm. I could not wait, so I tried to call u-haul to see if there was another trailer in the area. None. I had to wait around and the very nice cashier found a gas station customer to help me hook it up to my vehicle. The cashier was very helpful, but this whole things was strange. I would not rent from there again. I was traveling alone, a woman across the state and this did not help things.

The staff were completely unhelpful. They told me to back the trailer up into a slot and left. I went back into the convenience store and asked if they were going to disconnect it. They told me I had to do it myself. What? Pretty poor customer service.

I recommend getting a snow rake, which is a long pole with a PLASTIC "shovel " on the end to pull snow off roof of trucks and trailers. $40 we'll spent. Driving down the road with 1 ft of snow and ice is dangerous as when chunks come off, it could go through someone's windshield. It woul take just minutes per truck to pull that off if done immediately following a snowfall.

Originally We were sent to Big T Automotive Detailing in Wenatchee WA to pick up the trailer. The clerk named Christian was horrible. He was unprofessional, rude and not helpful. He wasn't even prepared. He did not have any blankets and refused to assist us in trying to track some down. We requested a change in drop off location, he became belligerent and even called the police. It was the most bizarre experience we have ever had. We will NEVER use this agent again. As a company, you should investigate this dealership. There are numerous comments on their website about their lack of customer service. On the flipside, Super Deli Mart in Cashmere is a great place to do business. They are helpful and very pleasant.

It was a good experience all around. I would definitely like to give a huge shout-out to the person I spoke with over the phone. Not the original lady who I first called. But the reservation management staff who called me back. Lisa was her name. She went above and beyond to match my needs. I can't thank here enough for coming to the rescue for me. I wouldn't have made my move out deadline in it wasn't for her. My whole family wants to thank you Lisa!!!

Right off the freeway. Attendant was friendly. I added 10 gallons of gas, right up to the 3/4 mark, but I was charged for 5 more gallons at $8/gallon which sucks.

All Personnel I dealt with at local scheduling in Seattle and the Wenatchee, WA area were Excellent. At the last minute I had a very nasty, rude person from Corporate call while I was on the road and tell me I couldn't drop off the vehicle at the location I wanted. That I had to go 35 miles round trip out of my way the next AM and drop it off off at a preferred Corporate location. I was able to contact a local rep who got it changed back. to the location it always had been (4 blocks from my destination) and verified at least 4 times prior to departure.

This was the most disappointing U-Haul experience I have ever had. I had been a customer of this gas station for close to 20 years and I'm never going back. The truck I rented had an empty gas tank. The gentleman in charge made me pay for the gas, and for the gas jug to fill the tank of the truck he was supposed to have taken care of. Then, when I went to put in the gas from the jug, I discovered that the gas tank on the truck had a leak. So I could not rent that truck and I had to rent a smaller one, which means that I will have to fork over hundreds of dollars more in a second trip to haul my stuff. Thoroughly disappointing experience and I will be switching to the gas station next door to his from now on. And I will get my U-Haul trucks elsewhere.

I forgot the location I had reservation at for a small van, there small expense of 34 bucks or couple day , for transport of Christmas items, maybe 25 miles total, it cost over154 dollars from 9am Friday till 9am Sunday two day, over Christmas I was on UHAUL , and saw I did have reservation out on sunset road, couple miles fron minii mart .ideally felt bad or not to remember about, what had planed And I called the location to know where To tathi must pay forbe so don't make the mistake I have, really was cost me more money when trying to pay on. everything
