Guys fixed a wiring problem w our car so we could be on our way. Kurt, Rich, & Austin are the best.
Hilary GApp does not work at this location, due to shop and trucks being several blocks from where they actually are. Unable to check in myself due to app thinking we are not at the location. Fortunately, staff was there before listed business hours and were helpful.
Thomas II stopped in to drop off a trailer, and had a hard time finding anyone inside. Somebody finally popped out of an office, but said that the person responsible for taking drop offs wasn't in, and that I could still leave it there and he'd check it over and turn it in when he gets back in. Days went by and I finally got an email saying it had been turned in, but they charged me for an extra day (it was dropped off well before the agreed upon time). I called customer service and explained what happened and they said they'd refund me for the extra day. They did refund it, but not for the entirety of the extra amount they'd charged me -it was a few bucks short. I didn't bother calling customer service again to fix it, because it took forever to get ahold of them the first time on account of talking to recordings and sitting on hold forever.
Jonathon TMore clear uhaul parking. A designated slot would make it great.
David HProvide more clear information that one will need to complete all registration on line and what information will be asked so you can have it all ready before you arrive, AND HAVE A NOTICE ON THE WALL EXPLAINING THE PROCESS so when you arrive you don't have to guess if someone is there and how to start the process.

STEPHEN BThe truck I as assigned to was the wrong truck so I walked the lot for 15 minutes to find the right truck the mileage they used was 3000 miles wrong and there was not even a 1/4 tank of gas in it.
Shannon CI wasn't asked about coverage. I am covered by my insurance. I even called my insurance agent to check. I don't feel I needed the extra Safe move Coverage $28 and didn't get asked about it at time of signing up. And really, 3 gallons off of where I started. It looked pretty close to me. I wouldn't drive round trip again as the truck was very loud and rough during the whole drive. The mileage charge was correct. I dropped off the same day but 2 charges? ZACKERY HNothing, there was an issue with your website, and the manager of the facility called early to let me know and checked me in before my time. Great customer service....
