Kathleen MRyan's is a great location to pick up or drop off a truck. If you're lucky enough to do either of those things during business hours then you'll find yourself served with some of the finest customer service you'll ever see. Uhaul itself, however, will charge you through the nose for mileage and that nice $19.95 rate turns into $400-$500 extra. The mileage is urging me to buy my own cube truck for family and close friends to use, no mileage of course.

Marcia sThe truck cab leaked at the weld/joint with rain coming into the truck near where the seatbelt is attached next to the door. We let Ryan know of the leak, otherwise, all was good.
Richard BRyan is the best!! He was super patient and friendly walking me through the contract, checking that the ramp and door worked smoothly, giving me a few driving tips, and showing me where the gas tank was. The only suggestion I might make about the truck is that it wasn't air tight, and unfortunately we had to drive on dry gravel roads so everything in the backend of the truck was covered with a layer of limestone dust. Other than that, the truck was easy, ran great, and saved us from making countless trips in smaller vehicles for which I am very grateful. I'll definitely use Ryan's again! Thank you.

Jerome NParking area is somewhat congested so be prepared for that if backing in a trailer. Drop off was on Sunday afternoon so the business was closed. After hours check-in was pretty simple through.

Eric EU-Haul charged me for over-mileage (7 miles), but I did not do any side trips or out of the way travel from shop to load to unload to shop. So the U-Haul formula for mileage estimate is bad. Only a 10% bump on shop to shop distance is NOT ENOUGH. This needs to be larger on short distance moves to be realistic.
