Rusty's attitude is short and blunt. He did not offer any comment or information unless I asked him. When I first called to inquire about a truck, he was a jerk. I don't usually complain about customer service, but he basically offered NO customer service!

I have never filled out one of these reviews, but I intend to never do any sort of business with him again and hope no other customers of uhaul have to deal with his poor attitude and customer service.
