The location is in a CBD shop. The person was courteous but the location is in disrepair. It is not well-marked and run down. Worst of all, I had requested a furniture dolly and blankets and the location had neither. I made this reservation a long time ago…weeks back. A couple days before I received a text saying the location had been changed. I received no text message or notification that the new location did not have requested items…items requested weeks ahead of time. My whole rental experience was really lousy.
MARK RThe location didn't have blankets or a dolly that I reserved ahead of time. I had to go to a second location and a new transaction to get the other items on my reservation. This is not a criticism of the location, it's a criticism of your systems inability to manage available stock. The second location also didn't have the dolly even though it showed available the day before when I made the reservation. Equipment was clean and high functioning.
Stephen ZThe location does not look like it is a Uhual place. The owner over charged me for a 24 hr rental that was returned early. The equipment was not checked in for 3 days, so I was contacted by the equipment recovery team. I know have to spend my time contacting customer support to deal with this situation.

ADAN BWe dropped the trailer off in a dirt parking lot. There was no U-Haul person to talk to. We dropped the trailer off two days early and then U-Haul charged us for 3 extra days! We emailed U-Haul to correct the charge and no one replied. We will contest the extra $89 charge through our credit card company and will go to social media if necessary. We were happy with the rest of the trip and the trailer and it is unfortunate this is overshadowing our experience.
Thomas GThis place sells multiple product types…and it let to the sales rep leaving me for 20 minutes , when my contract was already done with him, and going with customers to sell weed instead.. The trailer hitch was on the ground, not on a stand which other U-Haul agents would have..

Alex CWaited a lot longer then expected because of lock box malfunction. Store representative did the best he could. This caused the dealer to reassign a different truck which then caused problems at check in.

Ura HVery weird walking into a Marijuana shop to drop off the uhaul. I also would have loved someone to aid in taking the trailer off the hitch and getting it squared away.

Kathleen JThe location might have been alright if the app had been functioning properly. We spent a lot of time on phone calls because we couldn't get the app to advance to a place where we received a number to retrieve the key. One encounter with customer service was extremely rude. Your app is not user friendly.
Cheryl HThe only frustration I had was that I was told by U-Haul Customer Support that I could return the trailer to a closer location - My instructions were to call the given number after I picked the trailer up. Once I picked the the trailer up, I called the number and U-Haul Customer Support informed me that the dealer owned the trailer and I would be given hefty fines if I returned it anywhere but where I picked it up at. (So, instead of dropping it off 5 mins. from my house, I had to drive 40-45 mins. to drop it off).
