William SmithDrove to Taylor after being called that morning by a rude lady telling me I had to have trailer back by 11am and that she already rented the trailer to someone else. I told her I was told Monday and she got all mad and said no needed to bring it back by 11. I told her to deal with it as I was told otherwise. Ended up getting it back around 5pm that same day and guy in store didn’t want to check me in and said just park it and leave. Rude customer service. Over it UHaul.

Terry KrznarichThe process was very slow. I was told I had to get the vehicle up to a quarter tank in gas and return it that way. I was credited the money for the gas however it made my whole process much longer. The customer service was rough. Kinda odd renting a u haul from a gas station. The people were nice but the overall experience was mediocre. The truck was nice and would rent that size again however it definitely smelled like cigarette smoke. If I was in a pinch and needed a truck quickly I would go back but would choose a different location in the future.

Jeffrey DoranNo improvements needed. The entire experience was great. Check-in and return were very easy. The truck runs great and is the best maintained uhaul truck I have ever driven. It handled well, brakes were very good, and it runs very well. Customer service was very friendly and informative. I will use them again and recommend them to others!

Samuel PenaWe dropped off after they were closed and had to deal with them over the phone - they just charged my credit card with more money. Next time I will just do it myself with my own vehicles or hire movers or a pod. The extra charge was NOT OURS. We got charged for 100 extra miles and left it with a full tank (my mistake for being nice for the next person - they told me I didn't have to).

JANIE SCOTTI would find a way to speed up the in person experience. Attendant was polite and friendly. If I did the request online I could have shaved down some time. There should be a tablet so a customer can just fill out the app and submit their picture.
CLIFTON GOINSIt is located in a convenience store. There is not an individual devoted to just Uhaul rentals ,so it takes a while to pickup your rental .

Bryan HardiWe found out at 7:00 pm that we had to put up the truck from the Taylor location at 8::00. We arrived at 8:00 and the location was not open. We had to call U-haul to help us track someone down to open. The truck was full of water when we finally received the truck. When requesting that the truck be dried up, the employee began yelling and screaming that "I don't work for you." Very poor customer service. Additionally, the truck was not full of gas.
