We found out at 7:00 pm that we had to put up the truck from the Taylor location at 8::00. We arrived at 8:00 and the location was not open. We had to call U-haul to help us track someone down to open. The truck was full of water when we finally received the truck. When requesting that the truck be dried up, the employee began yelling and screaming that "I don't work for you." Very poor customer service. Additionally, the truck was not full of gas.Tony F.

They only have a few trucks on their lot, BUT they are very friendly, helpful and very good to do business with. I will use them again for sure!Gary W.
The truck driver side lock was broken and no other trucks were available in the area so we took the truck and had to call in customer service which took 7 hours till it was resolved. And on our way, the trucks should be properly Inspected and ready for customers, where things like security such as door locks should be checked.Sunil K.
Individual whom checked in the rental waited an hour to process and charged me for a full additional day. This was after charges were explained, charged amount was not what.was.explained. smalll outfit.and.seemed looks to be a slick way to profit a little more, i've seen this done during my time as rental car manager....Will not be back to this locationBenjamin R.
I booked the rental online got dropped off to pick up then was told that my rental got moved to Taylor.I I had to walk 3 miles back to my truck. Then had to find someone to drop me off at the Taylor location cost me 2 hrs of time I wasn't happy.keith B.
It took forever to check-in even though I had taken the extra steps to do that online. The attendant was complaining and saying something about he had to enter it in or Uhaul would take too large a cut. It was ridiculous and would never rent there again.James H.

Keep smiling/ There was one thing there was a young lady and 2 guy's one of the guy's told me he would help me hook up it was the older guy who said he would help me hook up he never came out to help me so I hook it up myself I guess. I did the chain right.LOUIS O.

My tire almost fell off driving down the road. Than they tried to charge me for a full tank of gas when I had to switch vehicles. I told her not to charge me anything extra until she's able to explain charges and she assured me she would, but still haven't gotten that phone call. I will never rent from them again and neither will anyone I know.Tanner S.
When I turned my truck on she said she would check it in later. I told her, No I want you to check it in now and I want to know how much you're charging my credit card. She checked it in and told me$92. I checked my bank account and was charged $102. I will be calling tomorrow.Judy B.

Not a specific complaint on this location, but the Uhaul experience was a nightmare. I travelled from Houston TX to Austin the night before I was to get a one-way rental and stayed at a hotel very near the UHaul location where the rental was located. The night before the scheduled pickup, I received a call from UHaul and was told I had to travel 54 miles to a different town to get the rental. This caused a delay in the arrangements I had made for the move. I also had to accept a larger rental, which caused problems at the location where I was to load in Austin. Only xtra miles for the rental was offered. The rental rate should have been reduced to compensate for the xtra cost of gas for my personal car to travel the the xtra miles and the larger rental.Raul R.

No muffler/bad muffler/exhaust manifold??? Whatever the problem was the truck sounded like 20 diesel trucks braking at the same time. After loading and turning on the truck, people ran out of their offices to see if a bomb had gone off. Sound was awful and mechanical response was sluggish. The dealer didn't carry any of the moving supplies listed on the Uhaul website. The final emailed receipt can't be opened because none of my programs recognize the file type. Yes, I downloaded zip file and extracted all. I should have used Penske or Home Depot.Raymond A.

Move your business to a different location. My experience was totally unprofessional & was not up to my past experience or current expectations. It should not take OVER 1.5 hours to get a RESERVED tow dolly. I'm 100% dissatisfied with the "in person" experience I received at THIS location. I've always had wonderful & pleasant experience using UHAUL but I'll NEVER use Roy's Station ever again. I'll use a different company first!Thelma W.

Be sure all parts of the equipment are ready -the trailer was missing the cable to hook up running lights, the person there took one off of another trailer to accommodate me, but what if my son had not noticed that & asked about it? What will happen with the customer who needs to rent the now-incomplete other trailer? Also, I was not given a receipt or any instructions - my son's & I watched a couple YouTube videos to figure it out.Karen P.

When I arrived I tried to use a $60 gift certificate that was given to me by a regional manager from U-Haul from a bad previous experience. They told me that I would have to use the certificate when I turned in the truck and that the full amount of $165 would be held on my card until I returned the truck and then it would be applied/credited. Well I then drop off the truck at return location and they tell me that it should have been applied when I picked my rental up. So I ended up not getting to use my $60 certificate and had to pay the full price of the rental. The whole reason I used U-Haul to move some furniture was because of this Certificate. I am very unhappy with the lack of knowledge on products/services.Brandon C.

Make sure you all, uhaul workers communicate with one another regarding customers, rentals, and online orders. Insert information into system as requested from customers while on the phone. To ensure customer info is saved . Make sure credit card info and that process is discussed with customeris and all applicable charges are discussed with customer.alice P.
