Dropped off after hours.

cesar gI went to this location to drop off the equipment I rented. The hours were posted for opening at 7:30 am. Nobody was around so I called the number listed on the door. I got no response stayed there almost an hour. Called multiple times left messages never heard anything even till now. I called the place that the contract said I was supposed to take it to which was almost another 200 miles away from where I told them I was going. I was told it was an open reservation and could return it to any U-Haul because it was supposed to be made more convenient for the customer when I called the number that was listed a lady named. Rachel answered. She was really rude. Customer service skills were very lacking whenever I try to explain the situation to her, she said I would encourage additional charges because I was returning it somewhere that was not listed on the contract and I told them I was going to the army base at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri and the customer service representative put on there as an open reservation. I explained all this to the lady Rachel, who was supposedly a supervisor and she said she would not help me. I really hope the phone call was recorded, cause she was quite rude. Kept trying to terminate the call whenever I kept asking questions she told me I was being very disrespectful and rude to her and that she’s a human and I wasn’t gonna speak to her like that I never cussed at her or anything and I told her I was the customer and she needed to help me and we ended up not resolving anything as I ended up leaving the Equipment at the U-Haul on Route 66 and taking multiple pictures and videos to show that I had returned it it was not a good situation. I never received a phone call from anyone on return or anything to even though you guys had received it very, very disappointed in the customer service.

VENSON SGreat experience, only feedback I have is that the uhaul app the employee was using was not allowing him to add the uhaul in my city. So we had to select a different location. And then I had to call my original location and make the switch. I think the uhaul app/system has a few bugs. But overall great experience.

rhonda PWhen I was no more than an hour up the road on my trip from Missouri to Texas one of the ramps had deployed from the track and was dragging. When I made it to Texas the person helping unhitch me from the car dolly showed me where one of the tires wasn’t even strapped in and he told me how dangerous it was. I believe he notated that.

Christopher NExtreme acc. Didn't have my truck. Customer didn't return it the night before. So I had to take my car 40minute highway drive out of the way to get this truck. Had to wait for it to be cleaned and what not. What absolute non sense. Money for gas and milage I HAD TO PAY. I moved within one mile of Rolla. Then had to drive 40mins out because u haul didnt have my reservation. I was quoted 56$ and had to pay 150$ for the relocation. Absolutely nOT OKAY.

The internet was out in town while we were there and he tried his best to accommodate us. He got us ready so we did not have a long wait once it came back up.

Rigoberto MThe rates for the rental need to change. I mean it’s ridiculous how expensive it was for me to rent a trailer. I understand it was going to another state so I can get getting charged more but $388 dollars for me to not even have the trailer for less than 24hrs. I can honestly say I probably won’t use U-Haul again for this reason.

TONICA T15ft truck was dirty and muddy in the cargo area. Had to sweep it clean before loading. Outside of windshield was dirty, had to stop at service station to clean. Truck was extremely noisy and front end seemed to vibrate badly between 55-60 mph. Worst U-Haul experience to date!
