The team there in St Robert was very helpful in inspection and hookup of our trailer. Highly recommend. My only recommendation may be to upgrade the building to a bigger facility as it is a military town with frequent moves to increase options.ZEBULON P.

This is my second time using this location. Both times the service has been great. I used another location in the city a couple month ago and the place was terrible and I was sure to leave that review there. The gentlemen was friendly, helped get everything I needed, and back the truck out to make it easy to depart. He allowed me to leave my SUV on the lot until I was able to come back and get it. Fix the Uhaul app. When picking up the truck I needed to update the odometer reading and had to upload a picture. I was not able to take the picture within the app but that is ok. When I dropped off the truck I had to add pictures of the dashboard, but the app would not add the picture I took within the app and there was no way to upload one from outside of the app. I had to go to the uhaul website to do my turn in.David W.

The agent at the front office was very courteous and super helpful. We were having issues because our equipment was not ready at the time we requested. We requested the trailer for 12pm. He called around and even to corporate to find one available, but it wasn't available until 4. We had to push our trip to Alabama a few hours but we appreciate his help.Mary J.

Requested appliance dolly and didn't get it. Asked and paid for 10 furniture blankets and only got 6. The 6 were dirty ( had not been cleaned or folded and wrapped. I would like a refund for the 4 furniture blankets and compensation for them not being clean.Vicki M.

I only used the truck for 2 to 3 hours and only drove 24 miles. I feel that I should not have had to pay for a full days use. I was quoted a price of 39.95 for renting. I said okay I need the truck for 1 to 2 hours, then I was told there was also a charge of 0.79 per mile. I was in a bind so I agreed to the charge. I think it is unfair practice to charge rent by the day plus mileage. I understand that you are a business and need to make a profit to pay your employees but I believe it would be fair not to charge for mileage on an in town use. I would also like to know what an "Environmental fee" is. I paid taxes for renting and I paid fuel taxes. The employee at this U-Haul location was very professional and courteous and I do not have a complaint against him just U-Hauls practice of too many extra charges. If you have any questions or if you can explain to me why the extra charges I can be reached at the numbers I supplied when I rented the vehicle.Edward W.

The young man working in this facility went above and beyond to procure our reserved truck. Due to demand, we had to travel 2 hrs. to get it, but it was well worth having a vehicle in hand to complete our moving plans for the day. He was polite, accommodating and apologized for lack of supplies on hand. He also made the bumps smoother by comping the difference to the next size truck. We had a successful move, a reliable truck which we managed to fill up with our belongings and no issues on the trip or return of vehicle in Beaumont. Kudos to this young man who gave us exceptional service, finding us an alternate truck in a nearby location, providing all the supplies he had on hand, superior attitude and dogged effort to meet our needs. Would highly recommend his services and use his location again if the need ever arose. Credit to his company.Phyllis C.
U-Haul's original email asked me to drop at a different location. When I got there, they told me U-Haul had changed that, without any notification to me. They also said if I dropped at location listed in original email, I would incur an extra charge. Poor comms from U-Haul corporate. And shady to charge your customers extra for dropping off at a convenient place to them.Brian C.

The size truck I requested wasn't their when I showed up to my reserved time. I was given a discount and appreciate the gesture however it required me to make additional trips. I also had to go to two different locations on the day of pickup. Both locations were filthy. Both locations smelled bad, had overflowing trash, ants and flies, instead of notifying me prior to my appointment that my truck I reserved was unavailable, I walked into the store to the guy watching YouTube on an iPad. This was by far one of the worse experiences with uhaul I've ever had.Justin W.
