Truck and auto transport ok but gas tank took 30 minutes to fill up manually (flow blocked) and right mirror broken when I picked it up, took 45 minutes to repair and delay my trip.Roland L.

In the first place it was no gas in the truck I put more gas left the truck we half tank and I didn't receive the money back for the extra gas I put on I think you guys have to be more on top of the gas tanks and all that shitJesus R.

The truck I rented had a check engine light on. The truck ran rough at times. Also, the brakes are well worn.JAVIER P.
Checkout was incredibly poor. We had to find and hook up our own trailer and there was no usual checkout process. Some how they managed to change our initial reservation of one day, to two days without any confirmation from us. We had the trailer for 12 hours and when trying to return, they told us we could not drop it off and they were not accepting anymore trailers. Even though our reservation was in town and we had to leave it at that location. Spent over an hour reaching customer service, which finally someone was able to help us. We had to bring the trailer back the next morning and again, we were told we could not drop it off. Instead I backed the trailer up and unhooked before they could say anything else. I again reached out customer service as instructed and was provided excellent service from the customer service rep I was blessed to have. If you ever have to use a uhaul product, be sure to go directly through one of there stores, and not a mini mart, or some other subbed out business. Rocky's market should be stripped of there rights to serve uhaul products. They will continue to put a bad name to your company. My experience is in no way a reflection of uhaul. It's strictly the rental location and their poor performance.William J.

Michael the store owner is a cheat and fraud. Worst location for Uhaul. Had to install equipment by myself. Worst location ever.Sonia S.
The trailer was missing the wires for the lighting and we had to get it off another trailer. The guy in charge of the U-Haul during the day was completely unhelpful. The guy we saw at night, when we returned to hook up the trailer, was very helpful!Marie K.

We picked one location close to home, said equipment was available for our date, but were informed the trailer would be at another location . One hour drive one way to pick up. Whoever was onsite at the time, didn't volunteer to come help hitch up trailer. Unfortunately UHaul NEVER seems to have the equipment at the location you pick.David H.
