BRUCE TThis facility and manager are extremely pleasant-- a very nice experience. However, we had an issue with the gas gauge on the van we rented. Although the gas gauge said it was full, shortly after we left the premises, the gauge showed approximately 7/8 of a tank full. Our total round-trip was 15 miles. At the conclusion of this 15 mile trip, the gauge was at 3/4 full and the tank required 6 gallons of gas to bring the gauge back to the full mark! That's 2.5 mpg-- completely unreasonable for the mileage with a van. Unfortunately, there was no point in making a issue over this because we should have brought the van back when we saw how fast the gauge was going down.

Jeff ENo counter service on Sunday and had to checkout via app. That process was excruciatingly slow and took half an hour. And I had pretty much the same experience when returning (less a rating for the location than the app). Once we got into the rental we found that our additional equipment hadn’t been provided - yet it still was billed (called and got a refund, at least). On the plus side, the van was in great condition and fully fueled up. I was disappointed, though, when I found that the van couldn’t fit a queen sized bed (rented vans from Home Depot ( Ford Transit) before that could).

Mary PThe truck had a number of issues -- the ignition was stuck and I needed to jiggle it repeatedly to get the car to start. The locks on the door didn't work properly....the key didn't seem to operate them. We also had an engine light go on mid-trip requiring us to call road side assistance and wait for someone to check out the engine. All of this was inconvenient and led to a fairly stressful rental experience. Not what you want to hear...but that's simply the truth.

Ross FWe did a drop off but talked to them earlier in the day and they left blocks for us to to out under the wheels and gave instructions when I called the second time that day. We were doing same day drop off instead of a two day rental. There was nothing anyone could do about the two day rental and price even though I didn't need the trailer but a few hours that day.

Juan MEveryone should be required to bring it back full. It’s really a hassle when you pick up the truck and it Has 1/4 tank and you have to immediately go fill it up. Then I have to try and only put in enough gas to get back with 1/4 tank. Or else I’m burning money. If everyone brought the truck back everyone would get start full and can fill up before returning. That makes way more sense than trying to return a truck with a 1/3 tank.

Anthony SWhen a customer picks up a truck that has been documented as having a gas tank that is empty, please take note of it at the drop off location. Do not charge them a fuel charge! Do not bill their credit card & tell them that charge will take ten days to remove, so they will need to pay it before interest fees accrue!
