They gave me truck with poor condition and doesn't have fuel lid on it. When i called customer care about fuel lid they send me to different locations and it wasted me one day. I went to 3 locations,in first location the owner was rude on call when i said uhaul refered me this location for collecting fuel cap. Last location owner was nice and help us.

Ronnie HolcombYour network of dealers are not consistent in their delivery of services. You have an online system that we frequently use for convenience and in many cases picking up a trailer or truck is an ordeal. Sometimes they even have to re-enter our information after we have filled out all th information online. We rented the same 15 foot truck two days in a row and they did not check mileage or gas writing the numbers on a napkin. This resulted in over charging mileage which we are trying to fix this week. This is 2022 and every dealer at a.minimum should have an IPAD, laptop.or PC with a reliable internet connection to service their clients. Good corporations have processes and procedures that all dealers should adhere to guarantee quick and accurate sales along with ensuring no matter where a customer goes they have the same experience. This is not isolated to just this store it is systematic issue with how Uhaul interacts with thier vendors and ultimatley their clients. We are a small business ourselves and if we ran it this way, we would be out of business. Thank you for.prompt attention to these issues.

Paul HanrattyThis location did very well. However, the location at 11240 Cumming Hwy, Canton, GA was REALLY BAD!! Reserved a truck about 12 days in advance, then called 5 days ahead to confirm reservation and was told all was well. But when I showed up to pick up the truck I was told that I did not have the truck reserved, but someone else did. That is how I rented from the Ballground location. Had people waiting to help with a move, but had to find a truck, and the one I found was actually too small. Not a good experience at Canton location, but good at Ball Ground. Thank you.

Edwin CombsMuch better than the service we received at the Keith Bridge Location, where Kyle did not do or help in any way. This gentleman got an extension of the wire so that the cable would be long enough to light up our hitch from our van, took a picture to make sure the connections were all correct, and was very polite. Will do anything rather than use the Keith Bridge location again.

Michael VestalFamily run gas station with nice people. I had a little problem with U-haul saying I was being upgraded for free but forgot to tell the gas station. The son of the family business took care of it in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Would highly recommend. Good customer service is hard to find and these people were great.
