Pick up location was considerably further away from the one l requested in the reservation l made a week in advance of my trip. One front tie down strap was severed and Uhaul rep offered no solution. Resulted in me purchasing a ratched strap and attaching it to the front tire webbing myself. There were other drop off locations nearer to my destination than the one l was given and the one l was given was closed when l arrived though the posted hours stated that it should be open. Resulted in delays as l had to contact Uhaul online and was ultimately told after several attempts to drop off the trailer anyway at this remote country town location and to take a picture of it which l ultimately did. This all resulted in a two hour delay at drop off causing me to change my plans for my visit with relatives after a long seven hour trip. Trailer itself worked well during the trip after l tweeked the tie down strap. The pick up and drop off however were totally unsatisfactory.Harry Z.

Unfortunately, the reservation location for 8am closest to my home was not available. I received a notice less than 24 hours that I would have to need to pick up my Uhaul truck at a different location 20 minutes away at 8amâ€¦still no big deal. Except, when I got that the pizza store location at 8am they were closed and didn't open until 11:30am. This was the part that' was unacceptable bc uhaul accepts online reservations for times that the business wasn't open. I had no idea bc I assumed it would be open or they had an adjacent office. Ultimately, I drove all the way back to the original location and reserved a bigger truck that I didn't need for 1/2 day and got everything done; but it threw a wrench in my planning and family members that were helping me move having to wait around. Also, I wasn't able to reserve the appliance dolly since there were none available.MATT R.

Had a truck reserved for 9am. Typical summer storms were going to hit around 12pm, but I still reserved until 9pm... When I got there a tanker was filling the gas, and refused to move for us. I did not get my 9am rental until 945am. Unacceptable.... if you only have 3 hours to move and are paying $100 you deserve to get every hour you pay for. I'm sure if I returned the truck at 10 instead of 9, you would have made sure to charge me.... Copying and pasting everywhere I can so no one else has to deal with this......Kimberly T.

There is a big integrity and concern in reference to renting a truck from U-Haul the mileage was off $155 MI off from the document that was printed for me I was also charged for that I had reported it prior to me leaving with the truck the customer service stated that she will document this and I will not be charged when I drop the truck off the customer service person was very rude and was not concerned with the overcharging of my mileage on my account from U-Haul he stated to take it up with customer service would like a phone call and reference to this big integrity problem also had issues in going into your website to try to correct the problemMICHAEL E.
