Don't use this location. The truck had an oil light on and I was told the only arrangement they can give is to cancel my reservation and I could go on the website and look for another truck at another location. I was concerned about the oil light and asked what happens if I break down then call Roadside assistance. Then the return of the truck was a different person and his responses take a picture of the mileage and gas level. He never checked the truck himself. When I got the truck it had a quarter of tank, I brought it back with just more than a quarter of a tank. The vendor tried to tell me I had to put gas in it. Mind you the location I rented this from on website is a GAS STATION. Not to mention the truck was the most ragged out junk truck in the fleet with over 160k miles on it. Uhaul and it's vendors have really went downhill. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. Do any seem like their vendors care about their equipment anymore. If I ever have to move again I'll be seeking other vendors like Penske or Enterprise. Uhaul has been very disappointing. Before people judge and make comments like I never should have accepted the truck, when you are on a deadline and getting another truck is almost impossible, you take the truck. Trust me though it won't happen again with this company!!!

Didn't check in my return till nearly 24 hours later after I contacted uhaul to see if they showed it returned after receiving no email saying it had been returned. Couldn't be bothered to do the return when I was there.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with U-Haul from beginning to end. The person at the location did not help us with the trailer. She only came out of the store once and that was to take photos. I had to get the are manager to come and ensure the equipment was connected correctly. He arrived earlier than we discussed and still wasn’t able to ensure my vehicle was properly loaded.

Called to update return location 11/07, received a text updating return location to Rincon GA. App/system wasn't updated and personnel was unable to help, very unclear English, and overall unhelpful. All around horrible experience with uhaul. Moving forward I will not be using these services again.

No walking inspection on return and no written receipt when returned. Text receipt at later time not to my liking. Anything could have happened after I left and that made me uncomfortable.

Give them they receipt when they return the truck etc. I was told that my receipt will be sent to me in 15min. I returned the truck about 1:15 and it’s 11:58 now and I still don’t have a receipt. Where is my receipt?

I dropped off the truck after hours and when I filled up, topped off with gas, the receipt wouldn't print. I came back same day during business hours to retrieve my receipt I needed for reimbursement for the move. I specified my situation and the clerk/owner could not comprehend my exact words. He very understood what I meant. I needed the receipt from a certain time and day. He eventually gave over what I needed. I mentioned my uhaul move and he didn't respond to that. I came back to get my receipt so I wouldn't be charged extra days. He opened the lid to the after hours drop box, (mind you, this should have been emptied at opening of business so that not to overcharge someone), gave me the key to check fuel and mileage and to take a picture of it as show proof in which I complied. I eventually received my receipt. Overall, highly dissatisfied at the quality of customer care and service to servicemembers who are obligated to make physical moves.

It was a tad confusing as there were uhaul trucks at a convenient store. I wasnt sure where to drop keys off until i had to run in and ask the guy at the desk. Other than that everything went smooth in turning in the truck.

I called Uhaul to make my request. The uhaul rep. was very helpful and kind. However, the location in Rincon charged an extra 219.00 for "wrongful dropoff". We rented a trailer to haul a beetle bug on, time was 6hrs. We returned it to the same location as pickup 3hrs early and was told I would receive an email receipt. I did not receive one with in 24hrs so I emailed uhaul and they sent one which showed the extra amt charged. I called the uhaul company, I should get reimbursed in 3-5 business days. I also confirmed with the company that it was the the Rincon Market and Fuel that charged this wrongful dropoff location. She said they "may have pushed the wrong button". I wouldn't use this business again, can't trust them.

Had to clean the uhaul out it was full of sand and dirt blew it out with a leaf blower. After returning the uhaul I still have not received a receipt yet and its been more than 24 hours since it was returned. I originally intended to rent for two days but got thru with it early and returned it early I had selected no insurance and had been told it was gonna cost 💲 59 a day but I was told that I was being charged $79 while using it less than 25 miles. I asked for a paper receipt and was told the don’t give one only an email which I haven’t gotten one yet. Why no printed receipt pretty troublesome.

We arrived during opening hours with a truck and trailer. It was a gas station, and the attendant insisted I park the trailer in one spot , detach it and move the truck to another. This meant 20 min of maneuvering in the day in a muddy and very wet parking lot. He couldn’t help the weather and was probably following orders from the owner, but the experience was not what we needed after a long day unpacking.

The guy that works there was very rude and racist. He had me move the truck and auto transporter 3 times. Other people that were busy doing a pick-up also told him not to be so rude.

Pick up location was considerably further away from the one l requested in the reservation l made a week in advance of my trip. One front tie down strap was severed and Uhaul rep offered no solution. Resulted in me purchasing a ratched strap and attaching it to the front tire webbing myself. There were other drop off locations nearer to my destination than the one l was given and the one l was given was closed when l arrived though the posted hours stated that it should be open. Resulted in delays as l had to contact Uhaul online and was ultimately told after several attempts to drop off the trailer anyway at this remote country town location and to take a picture of it which l ultimately did. This all resulted in a two hour delay at drop off causing me to change my plans for my visit with relatives after a long seven hour trip. Trailer itself worked well during the trip after l tweeked the tie down strap. The pick up and drop off however were totally unsatisfactory.
