The battery in the truck was dead. They had to jump start it. Later that day the truck's battery died again, so I had to find somebody to help me jump start it because the location‘s people refused to help me with anything.

Easier to get in & out of parking lot. I understand some of it is the city, but it doesn't help that you can only enter from the south and leave from the north because of the curbing around the south end of the lot where the U-haul stuff is located.

Truck was in poor shape, the rep was the single most rude unhelpful person I've ever interacted with. I took up too much of their time by being there, and was a true nuisance when I came back in cause I couldn't find the truck cause it was not where they said it was. Never again.

The places to park were very limited, and not clear where you needed to go. It was a little stressful when towing a trailer in the snow close to a busy road.

I'm not sure if this is based on location or just a company wide thing, but the truck we rented was listed for 19.95 but there were a ton of dumb fees that brought it up to 93$. I drove about 30-40 miles and was charged 45 dollars for mileage. And i didn't have any damage or cleaning charges and returned it with the gas down one notch and yet a 15$ gas fee and other little random fees. that felt like too much for such a short distance and for using for less than four hours.

Difficult location to park at and looks somewhat like a "junk yard". I could have been ok with this if the service was average. The person attending refused to look at the vehicle with me and told me that he would review after I left. I turned in the vehicle a day early and with a bit more gasoline than required and cleaned. The lack of customer centricity made the experience frustrating and loaded with the stress of a move. I wanted something indicating that I was turning it in as required. For this reason, I decided to rent my second truck from Penske after this trip, even though it was more expensive.

The vehicle was louder than an airplane. It sounded like there was a door open the whole time. The gas mileage was off as well, I just made the same drive with a larger uhaul truck that was completely full and got better mileage. That truck needs some love.

Honestly really horrible and painstaking experience for me. I never want to endure this again and am surprised I'm paying for this after all the stress and mishaps I've been tasked with correcting and resolving, when that should have been the responsibility of U-Haul.

I got what I needed and the guys working we're good guys. The only complaint would be that when I clicked the link to the address in the reservation email, it took me to a location in American Fork instead of Lehi. The trailer was dirty too, but I didn't mind since I was just moving a motorcycle.

Parking lot was small and it was very difficult to get the truck out. There were other personal cars parking in the lot making it very stressful to try and get in and out. Would not recommend this pick up location, there are other easier one's in the area. Additionally, our windshield wipers were broken and it was extremely dangerous to drive. Will be contacting customer service to provide more feedback.

Learn how to hook up a hitch correctly so the trailer doesn't fall off the ball on the freeway!! And look inside your trailers before you rent them out. Ours was full of someone else's garbage!!

The shop was clean and awesomely decorated for Halloween. The owner was quick, efficient, and had cool swag. But U-haul's scheduling integrity could use some improvementâ€"I reserved a different city online for a different time, and Uhaul switched pick up locations for me the day before, adding 20 extra miles and changing our moving time to nearly the afternoon. Very inconvenient. Had I known they were going to switch me to the further location, I would have reserved the 20-ft (which was unavailable at our preferred city when I made the reservation online). And yes, we paid out of pocket for the extra mileage. Hopefully this change convenienced U-haul in some way because it did nothing for us lol Location aside, Uhaul's employees are great and help the best they can, and the truck was incredibly useful.

Great customer service, no complaints there. The equipment was good, price was decent. This location has two big issues. First parking and access is terrible. Very difficult to get in/out of. Second, internet at this location is also terrible which makes checking in/out via internet/app very frustrating.

When I went online there was a truck available in West Valley Utah. Something is wrong with the app and I had to call and they said that I would have to go get a truck in Murray Utah. A week later I received a text and it said I would have to get the truck out of Lehi Utah. That's two of my guys for an hour and a half round-trip to go pick up the truck. I called and asked the location if they would bring the truck up to the Westvalley location and they would not. Not good customer service!!

I never had such a helpless person rent a uhaul, he didn't listen to any of my request , such as I am not the driver please add this person as the driver his response was call uhaul , I needed more miles and his reply again was call uhaul, he didn't show me where my rental was , he didn't help load blankets in the rental truck when I asked him to give me my contract which is my proof of registration and insurance he said he didn't had a way to print my contract !!! It was really a bad experience

I made a reservation to pick up the key before store hours and they forgot to put the key in the lockbox so I had to wait an hour for someone to show up. I initially talked to a kid named Tim at 8:50 and he told me to come back when the store is open even though they made the mistake. The truck itself sounded pretty bad and sometimes felt like a belt was slipping when shifting into a different gear.

The U-Haul was filthy inside and out. We documented and took pics of how dirty it was through U-Haul's App. We used it for a few hours to pick up some furniture from the store. We returned it exactly the way we received it, and yet we were charged the cleaning fee.

JC was helpful and friendly and did a personal check in at 3pm...which the original Highland UT location on Sunset Dr. refused to do...so we could be sure there would be no after the fact chargebacks, which we did not trust....she even called your regional manager and he said an "after hours" app drop off was all they could offer....so I called the national number and Cade changed our drop-off to Lehi and we drove over there and had an in person check in so we could be sure we were not charged for any fees or damage that did not exist. Lehi did the personal check in that was important.
