The guy working at this location was rude and completely disrespectful. I was at the location at 7:30am trying to get my truck (not his fault) and was on hold or talking to phone agents for 2 hours trying to get my truck. When I finally got it, the app made me go INSIDE to get a key. What's the point of the app?? I had to wait in line behind 8-9 people when I should have been able to just get the key remotely. My truck broke down later in the day and the guy who worked here said "well too bad. You should have signed up for roadside assistance but you declined it". It was an engine issue NOT a flat tire, accident or anything of my doing. Your trucks should be functional. When I got into the truck initially it took me 4 times to crank the truck to turn on. The same thing happened after we loaded the truck and then when I went to go back and re-load again it wouldn't even turn on. The whole experience was bullshit and I might never use U-haul ever again. I couldn't even use the truck for the entire duration of my reservation yet still had to pay full price.

The only part that could have been a touch better was the windows and windshield were a bit bug covered and dirty. Other than that the space for loading was clean and perfect for what I needed. All and all I’d recommend using this location.

Owner was lazy and rude. Made me back up the truck to park in the lot with no spotter because he was too lazy and didn’t want to do it himself. Charged me a clean up fee because a couple blankets weren’t folded to his liking when nothing was ever mentioned about folding blankets until I was leaving. He was a total jerk about it. I’ve never had this issue with U-Haul before. I’ll never rent from that place again and it soured my opinion of U-Haul. Zero customer service.

The driver side seatbelt buckle was not good condition. Had to push the button in several times for it to release and then put the buckle into the latch for it to work most of the time. The inside of the cab and the back of the truck had not been cleaned from the prior group. The vehicle function well, which was nice.. Being checked out after finally finding The correct location took a while to find because we were given different locations With our online registration. Also I had to keep repeating myself over and over when I showed up and had to go through the registration multiple times.

This location was great, but the Uhaul online experience was MISERABLE. My reservation on the site did not appear on the location's database (despite the charge appearing on my card), so the vehicle I reserved was unavailable for me when I arrived on time to check it out. When I attempted to return the vehicle after hours as scheduled using the website, I was stuck in a loop of uploading a picture of the vehicle condition, uploading the next picture, and then having my progress wiped and having to start over again. Finally I reloaded the page to start from scratch, but my rental was no longer visible and I was unable to view or complete the check in at all. In short, the location and employee I worked with were great, but the online system is terribly buggy and cost me an extra extra hour or two on moving day.

3 out of 4 tires were nearly bald. The guy renting the trailer didn't seem too concerned and said that a service truck could come fix them the next day. Obviously this location doesn't inspect their equipment or care about customer safety.

The after hours pickup was overly complicated and inconvenient. To have to take a picture of myself, my drivers license, to take my location, AND then to have to call close relatives (at 530am) was dreadful. The previous data collection should be sufficient. Not only that but the U-Haul number used comes up as spam or scam likely, and the phone call itself is redundant. The location was great, but the calling should only be required if the previous data can’t be received. 0 stars on the set check in. 5 out of 5 for the location.

The area where equipment is kept is a mud bog, and is impossible to return a trailer to, as its a narrow driveway, off a busy highway, blind on both sides (house on one side, tree on the other) and only one way in and out. Manager/owner was a complete jersey, wouldn't answer any questions, just pointed to emails from UHaul. Tried to add Safeguard, which was declined on the original order, then took 10 minutes to remove. Dismissed a valid concern about damage to the trailer that could have caused the tire to rub and/or puncture, and corresponding request to swap equipment (they 3 other identical trailers without damage. And not a big UHaul supporter. I told him if I damaged the trailer, I'd buy it, and he said "You definitely don't want to buy one trailer from Uhaul" indicating they are trashed. Will never rent here again.

The truck was entirely boxed in and I couldn't pick it up at 8:30AM as scheduled and had to wait over half an hour to get my truck which threw off the timing of movers who were coming to my house. Also the lot is just a muddy yard.

There shoud be signage as to whee the office is in relation to where you actually drop off the vehicle- The drop off location was quite muddy and it wasn't obvious as to where to park.

When I arrived the pick up the truck, the person helping me acted surprised that I was there and that I had a reservation. Said he hadn’t even looked at the available trucks and that most of them were stuck in the mud and unavailable. Acted more put out than anything. Truck was very dirty on the inside. Smelt like weed. I was afraid to even touch anything on the inside. The parking area for the trucks was unorganized. When he asked if I was leaving my car (since it was a quick local rental), I said I guess in the street and he said good, because that was the only spot. They also run a car dealership and wasn’t about to let me park there. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience. Could have been much better with a little more effort. Probably would look to rent from somewhere else before V renting from them again.

Had a mobile pick up at 9, showed up and the app wouldn’t allow me to check in due to the person running the place not even having the equipment ready and once I brought it up the person acted like I should wait since they just opened up. I declined all coverages for this trip and yet upon receiving my receipt it looks like I was charged $10-11 for a coverage, the worker must have added it to make more money which is shady. I will rent elsewhere due to this experience

I did not feel that the signage for the lot was acceptable. After being told by an employee where the lot was, I saw the signs, which led me down an unpaved drive to the back of the property. The lot to park equipment was not lit. The lot was also muddy.

The service was fine, but all the trucks were kept in a dirt parking lot, which had become a giant mud puddle when I went to pickup the truck. This location desperately needs a better parking/storage location for the trucks.

The trucks are parked in mud (so the interior floor was covered in mud). The young man at the counter was nice enough when I picked up my truck, but he had me get my own appliance dolly and take it to the truck. Then, the way Rideout is situated...the truck was facing southwest when I picked it up...but I figured there was a place to turn around back in their lot - there was NOT room. So I had to back a 20' truck out onto State street - a very busy, 5-lane street (and the young man at the counter didn't say ANYTHING about needing to back out, certainly didn't help back me out, etc.). So weird. Then, when I returned it, I walked up to the counter, no one was in the office that I could see. Then I hear a faint voice to my right ask if I was returning equipment. I looked around the corner and saw a guy at a desk, working on a computer. I said yes, and without any eye contact whatsoever, he invited me to just leave the key on the counter, and said I'm good. Really weird customer service experience.

The person there doing the check ins did not care that he did not have the full reservation. We reserved a vehicle transportation trailer and he did not even care that we did not and could not get one. The uhal was left dirty garbage in the cab. The back was not swept out. The check engine light came on and the vehicle was not maintenances at all. There was no windshield washer fluid causing hazardous driving conditions.

The people there are rude and disrespectful. In person they are short with people and act like they are better than everyone. We called to get help on returning our truck and all they said was follow the green sign or there is nothing we can do or you get charged for help. They are so rude and not helpful they are short and again so disrespectful I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again. If I was uhaul I would pull their license to be a uhaul distribution place.

Clean the truck, make sure is in good condition before giving it to the customer, also, make sure is the right truck, we had to get the smaller one because even though I made the reservation to have the 15’ one the person said ups sorry it looks like we don’t have it but you can get a smaller one. Also, the tank wasn’t full when we got it.

The UHaul itself was just fine, no issues. My complaint is with the location, more specifically the person I dealt with. Pick up went alright, he wasn't the friendliest but got through it quickly. However, drop off was a different story. I pulled into the driveway to drop the truck off, and another truck was blocking it. I pulled in, parked, and went inside to hand over the keys and ask if It was okay to leave it there since the other truck was blocking the way. No one was inside, so I just began the check out process on my phone. In the midst of this, the guy came walking around the other truck. He asked if I was returning, to which I responded yes. He then instructed me to follow him in the truck down the driveway, as he was going to move the other one. I did so, then finished grabbing my things to leave. I didn't see him but did see the key drop off box, so I put the keys in there. I then saw him again in passing and asked if I was okay to leave now. He then says "Are the keys in the ignition?" I responded no, I put them in the drop box. He proceeds to get noticeably angry and responds with "I told you to leave them in the ignition" I responded with "I'm sorry, I didn't hear that" Without any other words he turns and walks away. At that point I got in my car and left. I made a mistake since I didn't hear him properly, but I don't think that's reason for me to put up with that rude and unprofessional behavior.

When explaining the contract to us and handing us our keys, the rep seemed kind and helpful. But when I originally stated that I was there for a uhaul reservation, and when I had to go back into the office to check on the status of the equipment being switched over, he made it seem like we were the biggest annoyance and he couldn't be bothered. I'd probably rent from them again if I did the self check-out, but I will probably try using a different location first.

Update the picture in the app to show where the key box actually is. At 6 am this morning I really didn’t want to wander around for 15 minutes trying to find the key. Also the app kept resetting if I didn’t choose the date in a specific order. I plan on avoiding U-Haul as much as I can.

I rented a truck and trailer through a uhaul agent and was told to leave the trailer on their premises. I called and left a message when I dropped off the trailer to let me know if there’s any problems with that since the other location had shut their gates much earlier. I even said I would be willing to pick it up and move it myself. I was never called, and instead texted that I was charged a $250 drop fee for putting it in the wrong location. Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Never will I use this location again.

When I got my final bill I was charged for 2 miles more than I went ( I took pictures of the beginning mileage and ending ) I was charged for more gas which I filled it to exactly where it was before ( took pictures ) and I was charged for the $15.00 insurance which I never signed up for. All of this added and extra almost $27.00 to my bill. Won’t be using this location again.

Check engine was on, Truck was poorly maintained. Truck was not clean there was a bunch of soda/coffee spills that have not been cleaned in a while. Customer service was poor when telling about the check engine light. Maybe don't put a cheap catalytic converter on the truck and the engine light will clear. But what do I know its not like im mechanic or anything. Never really wanted to believe in the stories I've heard on this place, but now I can confirm they are horrible with customer service and the maintenance of vehicles. Hight recommended going the extra mile or so.

I had reservation for a 9” van. They didn’t have it even though it was confirmed. They upside me to a bigger trick and didn’t make it price concessions to compensate. This is location is not a full time dedicated u-haul business. And it showed, no one in the business office had to hunt someone down to check me out after returning truck. Very disappointing experience all around. Can’t recommend this location
