It has snowed the day before and the parking lot with the rental trucks was not plowed or shovelled. It was ice. The truck was parked in a corner so tightly that I could barely open the door to get in. Once again I paid for a dolly and some furniture pads and nothing was there. I paid for a dolly last week and didn't get one either. What's the point of adding stuff when you literally never give it? Never using U-Haul again renting twice the last two weeks. U-Haul really went downhill in quality.Amanda C.

I had the absolute worst experience ! I would never use uhual again! The initial reservation site I was sent to 5 mins before my arrival I get called that my truck was not available as I was arriving there . Then U-Haul customer service sends me to a second location that's 40 mins from my home TO FIND OUT THEY WERE CLOSED!!! Then I am sent another 10 mins! To a THIRD LOCATION THAT WAS FINALLY OPEN AND AVAILABLE! Don't use U-Haul , they are a bunch of incompetent idiots.JOSEA T.

5 minutes after we depart from store we got a message for the front right tyre low pressure and due to limited time that we rent the truck and weather that was raining non stop we texted for the problem and we were told to stop put air which we had to go off our way to find gas station get charged to put air because we couldn't risk it and got extra charged at the end for the miles which was out from our way. It was a totally unpleasant and stressful situation and psycological pressure under bad weather. Hope uhaul to do something about our sad experience and the extra charges were applied. Truck was not there when we arrived even though I had called to confirm the night before. We were sent to another location at 4 am, which was in an unsafe area. The truck was fine but it was impossible to return the vehicle and when I called to complete the process, it took over 2 hours and there seemed to be multiple problems with cell service in that location. THEN, even though I paid the parking ticket received in NYC, Uhaul claimed I did not, even though it should have been very easy to call the City and find out if it was paid. Instead, they made me go through my bank records to find proof of payment. Terrible service. Would not recommend.Michelle T.

The reservation was for a 10am pick up the location does not open until 11. I was in the pouring rain waiting for at least a half an hour until the rep arrived which was earlier then his normal opening time thankfully. The truck was clean but had horrible brakes and a grinding sound when you tried to accelerate after being stopped. Lots of stops, the half dozen moving blankets I requested were not there so had to go buy towels as an extra expense as were moving furniture that's needed a cushion. Overall my worst day of dealing w uhaul lots of miscommunication between uahul and their partner at party rental about the order the timing etcJoseph J.

Ordered a 17' truck at 8am at a different location and I must thank Ryan for finding me this truck at 11am and checking me in online but I never wanted get the safemove option as I rent out from you guys weekly and he said he would credit me $50 for the reservation guarantee for a future rental.
