The store would not assist when the online instructions were to go inside to the counter to get the code for the lock. They basically said they don't help at all - everything is online. I showed them the instructions on phone to get code from them. After going back and forth, they finally told me the code which they had the whole time. There was also no utility cart in the truck. I explained this to the person working at the store and they said there's nothing they can do about it. I am still waiting for U-Haul to credit me back the $7 for the utility cart and it still hasn't happened. Overall, I'm very disappointed in both U-Haul and the location for pick up. I plan to contest the credit card charge if I don't get the refund immediately for the utility dolly that was not provided.

very dirty truck , and they charged me for clean fee when the truck was already dirty and charged me for gas when i put the fuel back to were it was i was charged way over price and for things that dnt make sense . â€¼ï¸ i'll b going to the location who doesn't charge these unnecessary fee's . and to check in the truck u have to go try a app and answer and take so many pictures ! a headache

MARK H.They had a dirty truck and seemed to not understand how protocols worked. Then they charged me an extra $50 for fuel when I actually returned it at the level they gave me. Horrible experience a thrift shop should not supply Uhaul trucks, especially when no one knows the process.
AARON J.The location in which I picked up the U-Haul truck was unaware of my rental agreement but the manager did a fantastic job helping me with contacting U-Haul. Very great guy! U-Haul as a corporation has a lot to be desired in customer service. I called in three times. once to find out what happen to rental and twice to extend my rental. ALL times, I NEVER spoke to anyone....I sat on hold to 15 minutes each time..who has time to do this? I will most likely will not rent from U-Haul again. Revival Boutique and Thrift was NOT the issue...U-Haul has the issues. Good Luck and I sincerely hope you guys resolve this for other customers.
