Joseph B.No one was physically available/present at pick up or return of the trailer. I was overcharged for the rental. I rented it for 3 days and was charged for 8 days. I notified "Reverse The Door Inc" and was told it would be taken care of, but it was not. I had to call U-Haul's 800 number to resolve the problem.
Kyle J.Office was closed when I arrived to pick up on Saturday at my scheduled time. Had to wait for the owner of business to show up to get me the keys and told me my reservation was cancelled. Property was closed and gate locked when I returned the truck for drop off. I had to keep the truck for 2 days in my driveway and got charged for the extra mileage and gas.

GERALDINE B.Provide info regarding the trailer needed by first-time renters: 1. What size ball is required? 2. Notification that there is no jack at the hitch. (Fortunately we were able to scrounge up some scrap lumber at the lot to use as a lever.)
