This is one of the better Uhaul locations I've used. Helpful people and a clean location.

Randy KGive correct information about costs and do not charge for insurance if customer does not request it. My experience cost two and half times what I was quoted. I was forced to rent the trailer for 48 hours, only needed 24, was told it would be adjusted at the drop site, it was not. The whole experience was a scam without any remedy. F U U-Haul, u won't get me twice.
Louis KThis was one of the most horrible experiences I could imagine. Please listen to the 2+ hours of conversation I've had with uhaul representatives who were accusatory, blaming, finger pointing, defensive, and rude. The worst ever. The entire experience was the absolute worst.
April BGet your managers 2 stop telling people 2 different prices. Was told 1 price at my pick-up location dop of told another. Called your corporate # and they told me 2 different things. Your a joke of a company never using u again.

Brett NWe had a uhaul reserved in Omak. They called me and said the truck was ready to pick up. I had to drive 35 miles to pick the truck up. When I got there I found out it had been cancelled for some reason. We ended up having to drive over 100 miles to Republic just to find another truck.

Marvin FThe manager of the location was new to Uhaul. He reached out to us in advance after I called him and worked with us well to ensure we could pick up the trailer at his location in SPITE of the fact that Uhaul centra; services never called me as promised to verify the pickup location, as was promised in the original contract. Because he was new to the business there were some glitches, and he had limited accessories but we got the trailer.
