There were visible bugs all over the floor and seat. The previous renter left crumbs and candy on the floor. I ended up having to shake out my bags and clothes so as not to bring roaches and ants into my new house.

its a 24/7 location- so we weren't expecting on site people to help- but as soon as we pulled up, someone called us and walked us through everything. Took about 6 minutes and we were done and gone. Best uhaul experience ever.

I have so many issues with this booking. First off I take a cab to pick up a truck that was double booked and my reservation was canceled by u hall while standing in the office. This caused me a huge inconvenience and more money than I could afford to pay for this process. I had to pay someone to take me clear across town to get another truck which made me add unnecessary miles than originally needed The truck had an awful foul smell in it . Last but not least I was scheduled to have the truck back by 2pm which didn't happen because I got the truck late and was not finished. I am not under standing how u all charge me a day rental fee and only allow me 2 in a half hours to keep it . Your customer service staff is rude when u call in got hung up on twice. I can promise you I will never rent from your company again and will tell all my friends / family and social media friends as well how you tried me with a $25 refund after all I have been through with this reservation .

This location was out of our way. We had a U Haul place really close to where we live on Gandy Blvd near S Dale Mabry Hwy and were confused as to why we had to go to the Gilchrist locale. We were very happy with the service and speed with which we were provided a truck, though. The folks were great. Friendly and professional. Thank you SO much. We always use U H add up when I move, whivv CB h has been often these past few years. 👍🏼

The insides of the cab and the box were filthy. The box smelled like animal urine. In the corners of the truck we're large piles of rodent feces. My belongings are sitting in storage in boxes that soaked up animal urine and feces. In expect someone will call me to discuss this matter.

I requested to check in “in person” and when I arrived, there was nobody there to help. I had no information to check in online either. I had to call customer service, which helped, to receive a link to now check in online. The lady helping took about 30 minutes to approve our registration and individually called the two emergency contacts to approve us. Overall, not having a representative there at the store is just the company taking advantage of people and trying to maximize their margins so much that now you have an inferior product.

My equipment wasn't there. The website to get the truck wasn't very effective. Took me 30 minutes to get the truck and 20 to drop it off.

Drivers front tire was extremely dangerous to drive on. Driving on the highway you couldn't pass 55 miles an hour would shake bad. I let the folks know where I dropped it off that it would need to be addressed. I drove from Tampa to Jacksonville so my ride was not pleasant.

Over charged for multiple things even though we cleaned everything out and cleaned the back out too. I own a small business and understand how Important it is to make money, but don't add extra charges. Never will use this place again. Plus no one showed up until 15 mins after my reservation time to help get the truck.

I was overcharged for this rental.. not only was nobody on site, the truck was dirty and the gas tank was almost on E and I was only offered a $26 discount; with gas prices truthfully it was not enough.

Right next to the area we were located and easy to find. Used the after hours drop off process and very easy completion of the process.

No one answers the phone when calling. Message says they are out on property helping customers but no one was around. Called 4 times over an hour long period no one ever answered phone. Still haven't received a confirmation that my truck was received back in from drop off. Will try again today 12/29 to contact office.

Was not provided the equipment I ordered (wrong dolly) and equipment was dispatched 5 hours before I picked it up, not providing me ability to provide pictures through the App code f expiating damage to the truck. Vehicle had severe “wobble” in speeds excess of 50 mph making is almost unsafe to drive on the interstate

I will never do self pick up and drop off again. When I dropped off, I kept getting an error message while uploading odometer picture. I tried for 30 minutes until calling uhaul for help. I was on hold for 30 minutes, never spoke to anyone. Eventually my friend came and we tried on her phone and it worked. The app must not be compatible with androids..

I requested 2 dollies and blankets and the Uhaul did not come with any of the requested equipment. Recommend having a separate area for equipment.

I signed up for checking out a vehicle with a representative during business hours but nobody was at the location when I showed up. The low fuel light was on when I picked up the vehicle, and even though I returned it with more gas than I got it with I was charged for fuel, the cabin was not very clean when we picked up the vehicle.

Despite the gauge showing full, the has tank was not full. I only drive the truck 20 miles, but had to put over 5 gallons of gas in to fill the tank. Also, the location is very small and there is no customer parking available.

I was overcharged for a “cleaning fee” I left some small things(dry, that can easily be tossed in the trash) Instead of the normal $20 cleaning fee They're trying to charge me $85 As if I wouldn't notice

This was a shack in the middle of a neighborhood with no-one onsite to help. I was able to use the U-Haul online check-in website to check in the equipment. The site was very well done and easy to use.
