Driver side break light is not working, after manager. Replaced cord it still wasn't working. We had to drive 750 miles with it still not working. Manager stated it was my trucks plug that was the issue. We have never had an issue with any other trailer in the past!Amanda S.

Please cease ALL Uhaul rental services with this location. I've rented MANY Uhauls in my lifetime and I have never had such a HORRIFYING experience in my life trying to get this truck. Not only that, but when I returned the vehicle I was grossly overcharged for gas even though I had photographic proof it was at the same level as when I received the truck. When I brought this up I was treated horribly by the staff and they were incredibly unprofessional throughout the whole process. I will use Uhaul again but I will NEVER visit this location ever again!Megan S.

The pick-up location made no effort to have the number of blankets I pre-ordered available and the agent told me I could call other sites. Also, the agent arrived late to check me in.JAMES W.
I really dislike the "meaningful assurance" phone calls that U-haul makes. This is ridiculous. I OWN my home, but they ask for a lease agreement, or a passport, or phone numbers of friends and family. That makes no sense. I don't have a valid passport because I haven't traveled outside the country in over 10 years, and I don't want U-haul calling my friends and family. What does that prove anyway? I gave them my driver's license, my phone number, my address, and a valid credit card (which they charged), so why on earth would they need a relative to talk to them? What would that prove? A friend or family member is obviously going to say you are fit to rent. It means nothing, and it is an unnecessary inconvenience to all parties. If you really need proof of identity, there are more conventional ways to get that. Even a utility bill would make more sense. Why would a lease agreement be a better "assurance" than home ownership? The other option was that they could call my place of business to verify employment. Well...I rented on a Saturday. That's not going to work. Besides, I do not want U-haul calling my boss. Two forms of photo ID, a credit card, a driver's license, or a deposit would make sense. The rest of this is just insulting.Deborah A.

The shop is a new UHaul dealer and is staffed by two older women who cannot/will not help you attach the trailer or do a walkaround to check if lights are working, tires are good or if there is damage on the trailer. I was disappointed in this Uhaul dealer and my experience was verypoor.Steve C.
