The agent on site was rude, and wanted to charge me more than what the contracted price online was. She argued with me, and was a very disagreeable .... I will never use this location again. The truck had a horrific in-cab noise that took me forever to figure out. The noise was caused intentionally by the people on site.

Improve customer service. The young guy was rude and kept sucking in mucous from his nose. disgusting! I asked if he had a cold. He said allergies and kept it up. I rented an appliance dolly which he didn't put in the truck. Had to go back for it.

The online check in via the app was terrible. I purposely signed up for it so I could pick up the truck outside business hours. I had to wait outside in the cold for nearly an hour until the store opened because the app was not working.

Nothing negative to say. I scheduled my truck over the phone. I was told later I'd receive a call verifying my pick up time. Around 8:30p.m. I get a message that my pick up time is 5:00p.m., my mind was BLOWN. Who starts moving at 5 pm, but my girlfriend and I figured gotta do it. Though I did call Redmond Ridge WA to see if by chance there was anything available sooner. She apologized and said she had nothing available. My guess is 45 minutes later the same wonderful lady called me back to let me know a truck had just been returned and that we could have it, on our way. We were able to complete our mission by 8 PM yesterday instead of 11 pm yesterday thanks to the wonderful women on Redmond Ridge WA

The Redmond Ridge location was not aware that we had ordered a cargo van, even though I talked to the original Redmond office multiple times about picking up at Redmond Ridge. Thankfully a van was there.

I had an appointment set for 1130 at the Marymoor location, I showed up and the office door was locked. I called and was told my truck was not there and I needed to go to Redmond. This was upsetting because it was my moving day and already put me over an hr behind, plus it added extra mileage to my fee. No good!

A little out of the way, but it worked. The truck however leaked water and I did end up w wet sagging boxes. I was lucky...the rain storm hit the morning of unloading after a 4 day drive across country. If it had rained on day one I would’ve had a huge mess of wet damaged furniture and mildewed clothes when I opened the door. Truck needs to be sealed properly before it is rented out again!

The facility and equipment was clean. The facility indoors is quite nice actually. The staff is not friendly, they are terse and tense, consistent with other customer reviews posted online (google maps?). The staff at the Marymoor location was much nicer. I went to the Redmond Ridge location because they have a broader choice and availability of trucks.

Nasty, nasty, nasty, nasty, nasty woman at the counter. She was not nice to the customer who cut in while I being served. He apologized to me for cutting in but I did not have an issue with that. That woman does not deserve to be there. My online reservation was for a 20ft truck and she tells me I have a 15 footer. She did give a 20 footer though. Horrible horrible person...urrgh....

I went to Redmond Storage where I had a reservation but they did not have the truck. The door for the truck was not opening properly. The staff was okay. Thanks

The 15' truck had not been swept out prior to my renting it. But MOST importantly the gas cap was broken which prevented my being able to get it open to fill with any gas. Fortunately I was able to be at my destination before needing gas and didn't discover this until I went to gas it up when turning it in.

The truck had not been swept out and U-Haul changed my pickup location to one that was 10 miles from my home. I was using the app for pickup and I did not have good service in parts of the parking lot to complete the process.

the agent on the phone when I booked the reservation was rude and seemed annoyed by having to answer my questions. She made me afraid to ask all the questions I needed to ask. The rental location customer service was top-notch, but that person on the phone needs some more training or maybe a new job.

I took the truck home. The next morning when I started on my trip, the engine light came on and stayed on. I checked the info from the dash, and it showed "0% Oil". I had to stop and check the oil, and found it very, very low. I had to purchase two quarts on my dime to put into the truck. Then showed "99% Oil" and I felt ok to drive. Check engine light still came off and on during the drive. Very nerve racking. I didn't enjoy this experience.

Counter person working on Saturday was rude. Gas tank was how we picked it up and she insisted we were short by 1/8 and she said we owe $24. It was full when we dropped it off.

When I made the reservation, I specified a location that was along my route and truck size that would make clearance at my destination. It was a minor inconvenience that I ended up with a different location and a larger truck, but I do appreciate still billing me as if I was driving a 10’

I rent a dolly to help with the move. I'm assured it's already in the back. I have to drive back to get it, wasting time and mileage. Then I get charged double for "double rental." Won't be doing business with Uhaul again.
