Trailer was very dirty, one of the tires was low, and we had no assistance or information on hooking it up. We did our own check of lights, signals, etc after we left the yard.Clarence D.
They think it's an honor to rent from them. I will not return. 3X they've been impolite nor do they do a walk around with the customer. I'm a weekly (business days) and I'll be looking elsewhere. Anyone who does business while on the phone with someone else or treats me like I'm underneath them will not get my business. This guy is a real piece of work.. I'm surprised he didn't tell me what direction to get out of there even though I've lived in Red Deer my whole life. Done with him. On to the next.. Hopefully better experience.Scott M.

Did not help load the trailer, with out a front jack stand it was tough hooking up the trailer by myself. Every other uhaul place helps hook it up. Also when I was there the guy at the front desk was talking to someone on the phone about a damage trailer and still charging the customer $615 dollars, even though he said he would just bend it back and it would be fine. Makes me nervous renting from that place. Everything else was fine.Scott A.

Location was late opening on morning of pick up. Have rented UHaul products numerous times (and will continue to) however customer service typically seems better at independent businesses vs UHaul specific outlets. Trailer was in good working order. Clean inside but FILTHY outside, which made the â€œvisual inspection for scrapes and dingsâ€ at pickup feel a bit farcical.Jason F.

I ordered 24 moving blankets and when I got there they had 5. No own cared about it and didn't offer any suggestions to help me solve the issue. The vehicle had damage that was not marked and again when I told them about it they just said to take notes and I would get an email with a link to mark the damage into. The driver side mirror was broken and taped together. I was surprised the vehicle was allowed to be rented. The battery went dead twice and had to be boosted, which was a major inconvenience and very stressful.Karen B.

The customer service was terrible. Front Line staff were talking about MMA the entire time without acknowledging the customer (me). At one point the started shadow boxing in front of me. When I received the Uhaul there was less than a 1/8 of a tank of gas (I have a photo - time stamped and dated). Gas light came on after 5 miles. I will not be returning to use Uhaul again, and I won't be referring anyone to use them.Kolton G.
Representative spoke to his office staff constantly about something none work related while processing my order, and the same on returning the vehicle. Vehicle was not full of fuel as reported. I put 14 Liters of fuel in the vehicle and only drove it 11 Km . Vehicle stunk of cigaret smoke and the ashtray had cigaret ashes in it.John B.

Just let people know there is a km charge and a gas charge upfront. We were told over the phone it was x amount per day and nothing else was mentioned. When picking up unit none of the extra charges were mentioned either. So it was a surprise to see an additional $300+ and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. We aren't complaining there is a charge for km & gas, but I think it should at least be explained up front.Christopher S.

Place was very crowded with vehicles and trailers. Only one person on staff. Service was super slow as many customers were left standing and waiting their turn with only 1 agent on duty. No yard agent to help customers nvigate their truck rentals out of very tight parking spaces. Overall lacking personnel to provide top quality service.Glenn O.

U haul employee was rude, and the trailer was unsafe for use as there was no trailer jack to lift the trailer on to ball hitch. Ended up hurting my back trying to unhook the trailer.Sean W.

None that I can point out. Agent only said a couple of sentences, 1. Park it beside the other trailer. 2. That's good, you can go. Quick and easy, but, makes me worry that there may be some damage questions in the future because of the renting agent may not have made notes of previous damage.GLEN E.
Location closed when I arrived (1:30PM). There was extremely limited parking for my returned truck. Several people also waiting in front of me - who were obviously unhappy about waiting. Once the doors opened it went quickly. Maybe they were having a bad day but I would recommend that these folks get a little Customer Service training.Mark O.

Maybe instead of having your little mma gym in the back and the wonderful display case of your fighting career, you could actually have extra dollys and blankets for your company. Plus they open at 9 am on Saturday, 5 people in line up before the door opens, 1 person working and it takes approximately 20 minutes to process each customer, way too slow.Christopher S.
