Don't allow reservation for equipment if you don't have it available. Drove an hour to Manchester, GA to another location only for it to be closed.

amanda jIt was closed but their website said open. It was Labor Day. The lot was run down and junky, and barely recognizable as to having any U-haul affiliation. But very glad I was able to return all online.

Wendell GImprove on maintaining schedule pickup. I had to wait 2hr after my pickup time. Causing me to lose $85 dollars per hour on hired packing helpers. Then after taking a picture of the mileage he still entered it wrong in the computer causing my travels to be negative mileage upon my arrival to the destination. Although I turned in the equipment a day early.

thomas bWell I was told one price online and when I got there the service was horribly slow and I ended up paying double because I was told I had to put a deposit down and I have yet to receive my deposit back and I have returned the equipment in perfect condition two days ago. ELLIS WI have rented from Uhaul in the past and it was fine...but ..this time I have been signing your praises.. the website is awesome ! I love all the options to make it fit with your personal needs. The fact Rays Golf Carts had the truck there and I did not have to go somewhere else to get it was awesome.. I chose his office because it was convenient and he did not disappoint me. Very friendly and helpful. .
Kerri OFound a deadlock and a leather belt on the seat. The steering wheel was cocked sideways preventing me from being able to safely read the speedometer.

michael pThere isn't enough space for this location to have u haul trucks maybe the trailers but not the trucks. I even scrubbed up my car trying to get in and out of this location. It's a really bad spot for u haul drop offs.
