My reservations got messed up and kept getting rescheduled to other places. Thank you Jackie at scheduling got it all sorted out for me . Thank you Antonio ran out to Rapid Towing to meet me so I could have a truck today. I had a bad experience in the beginning with all the rescheduling of my reservation which I was not pleased with and charges were incorrect. But the day did end well.

I did express check in and it still took 30 min to check in the lady at the check in didnt know what she was doing she didnt even know of they had my truck in

Wasn't location's fault. Your system kept promising trucks and then moving us around so this location was a last minute deal.

I WILL NOT recommend UHaul to either friend or foe!!!! I placed an online reservation for a specific place for the simple reason that it was the closest one to me for my in town move. However, when I went to the place I chose as a preference, I was informed that the truck was not there and was at another dealer, 11 miles away and that's just one way, 60 miles total when all is said and done. After I traveled 25 miles I called UHaul and was on hold for almost an hour. I asked the rep why no one contacted me about the change in location, she told me she didn't know and showed on her end that NO CONFIRMATION was ever sent. If someone had taken the time to contact me about the change then I wouldn't have been as upset as I was. The rep promised that she would compensate me 50.00 for the inconvience for the lack of communication on the UHaul's part. The very next day I recieve an email from the Area Field Manager that no such compensation will take place because the sitution does not cover the change. REALLY!!!!!! Cause I swear that it does state that U Haul will compensate 50.00 if the equipment reserved is not the location that I picked at the time I choose. So yeah, I AM DONE WITH U HAUL!!!!!!!! Lairs and thieves......
