The Uhaul attendant did not show up until 9 a.m to inspect the trucks from the previous drop off. The store opens at 9 a.m. It was 9:20 before I could speak to the representative to pick up my rental. He also proceeded to serve another customer first, even though I was the first customer there when the store opened. It wasn't until 9:50 a.m that I was finally out the door with my truck rental. I even took the time to utilize the express checkin through the Uhaul website, in hopes that I would not have a long wait time when picking up my rental.

Service was prompt, minor issue with lightning on the truck/trailer was dealt with immediately and resolved by the two men on site. It was everything I could ask for and I would recommend to others to use this location.

No improvement required. Excellent attention and service. It was Thanksgiving Day in Canada and the owner left her family and made a special trip to her rental facility to get the truck for me. She was very gracious and attentive.

This is the beat location I have ever rented from. The gentleman who works there is so friendly and helpful. He makes the uhaul rental pleasant. He should really show some others how customer service should be. He should be recognized for his friendly positive attitude.

On pick up, truck not hooked up to trailer or loaded with equipment, (I had to connect up and load) also oil was on lowest mark on dipstick. No oil available and they didn’t know what oil I should get. I went to Kenmount road (my preferred branch) and they were, as always, very helpful and knowledgeable, gave me correct oil so I could proceed on trip.

Equipment was in serious need of mechanical review. Did not feel mechanically sound, truck was pulling all over the road at highway speeds. Old plastic wrap and moving blankets scattered in back of truck. Rental company employee did not do walk around or damage review prior to giving me the keys as was the case at other locations. Did not exit the building at all. The customer contract did not have the gas gauge indicator in it so I had to take the employee at the desk at his word that the gas gauge was at a certain location and guess how much when refilling. There was a note on the green slip included in the customer contract that I never saw until I was searching for the gas indicator. This note said that there was fiber glass damage to the box that was allowing water penetration and that any water damage to my property was at my own risk. This was never mentioned at all by the employee at the desk.

I locked the Keys in the rental and after spending an hour on the phone with U.Haul road side assistance I had to pay an independent contractor $50.00 to open the Truck. Very poor response and I talked to 4 or 5 people and no -one helped me

Worst customer service experience ever!!!! Would never go there again or recommend this place to anybody!! The truck was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves before we could put our furniture in. We also had to shovel out the uhaul ourselves to get it out while the employee just stood in the doorway and watched. I'm pissed with the service here!!!

I only drove 23 km but pumped in 13.4 litres of gas at a cost of $16 to refill the tank. The previous customer obviously cheated on re-fueling.

Not so much a suggestion to improve...just a philosophy :-) I chose to support a local/neighbourhood company/agency though they did not have the exact size van I was looking for - only required a 10' but rented a 15' at an additional $10 cost. I know it is only a small and fledgling operation...hopefully they can grow into a 'full service' facility. SUPPORT LOCAL!!!

Reservation process very easy. Storage unit was not shoveled out and I had issues opening and closing storage unit door.
