Very unhappy with the fact that we rented the uhaul for 72 hours and with a time change, we were charged an additional day when it fact, we returned the unit early! We lived in Central Time Zone and return truck in Eastern Time Zone which is an hour head, so we got charged for 71 hour rented instead of 72 hour rental! Not happy and would love a refund of the day charge!

Your website says that the price for large boxes is $1.67. When I pointed this out to him, he assured me that I was mistaken. I had just been to the uhaul in minneola and paid $1.67 per box. He charged me $3.00 for his large boxes. I used the uhaul from 2:45pm until 4:45 pm, and I was charged a $20.00 after hours fee. Greedy, greedy ma.

This was the most broken down looking trailer I have ever seen. Looked like it had been sitting in the junkyard for a year. It was also very old and worn out looking inside. The walls were very dirty and dingy and lots of our furniture got really dirty. The owner of this facility was very nice. He knew his job and was friendly and professional. Its not his fault that some of the equipment you have in circulation is very bad like this. Theres only so much he can do when clunkers pass thru.

My experience at this location was wonderful but the location that I was supposed to pick my equipment up had no one there that could process the payment therefore I had to go find another location. The rental was guaranteed or I get $50. How do I claim $50 now?

I was overcharged an extra day after contacting customer service to extend my rental. I have been treated extremely poorly by your customer service department. I have been hung up on several times after requesting to speak to a supervisor. Transferred around and spent a cumulative amount of time of over an hour on hold. Then told I would receive a call back from a manager within 72 hours. It's been well over that 72 hours with no call back. I feel like your company should be ashamed with how they have handled this matter. I do not intend to, nor recommend people use your services in the future. I would instead pay the little extra to use home depot or budget. I intend to post my experience on social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) as well.

My only problem was the drop off location was not what I requested. I did not notice that until I was at the drop off location and was told it was not where I needed to drop it off. Had to drive 8 miles out of my way to get the proper drop off location.

Inspect and clean the trailers/trucks. We opened the door of the trailer at my house after picking up the uhaul only to see a infestation of German roaches throughout the trailer!! I now have to treat my house for roaches. Honestly it was clear that this trailer was never cleaned for God knows how long.

The truck was beat up but ran and handled well. Our main complaint was we had ordered a dolly and 24 moving pads but when we picked up the truck there was no dolly or pads and they didn't have any. My wife had to drive 10 miles further down the road to another U-haul location to pick up the dolly and pads. It would seem that U-haul would make sure the truck was outfitted with the equipment that was ordered and not make the customer drive 20 miles round trip to get what was ordered.

My debit card has been charged multiple times from this location on different days and for different amounts since my rental which was one day. I have gone back and forth with Gary from this location to get my bill straight and still 2 weeks after my rental, I'm still getting charged!!! U-Haul needs to fix this ASAP!!!
