U-Haul company should Let customers know of extra charges that appear for miles…. You all charge a fee at pickup , maybe you should have people pay for miles before pickup. That way there are no discrepancies… Otherwise it was quick and easy pickup
Emily FTruck was filthy not checked. Gave us a run around, will never use this location again. Stay away unless you want to run to different locations to get your moving needs taken care of. if you like to drive dirty trucks. Had to clean inside before I got on the road. Then a/c didn't even work stay away

KRYSTAL IWould suggest a review of your 55 Mph policy, especially since Interstate speeds are 65mph and above.
dennis sThe trailer had a chain for the automatic brakes and one safety chain. The other safety chain had broken and the remains of the chain were attached to the brake chain. It was also missing a handle on one of the sides of the tongue. It worked and was clean, though. The guy who helped hook up the trailer was great and apologized for not having enough blankets (that we ordered in advance). This location was WAY better than the Anchor Storage location in the same town, though! Anchor Storage was incompetent last time!

John MWe truly had nothing but trouble!! People were rude at both ends! We didn’t get the truck we needed even after reserving 2weeks in advance! Then they scraped up a very inadequate small trailer and comped us extra free days .. which we didn’t use...brought it back early and they very rudely announced that we were late getting it back!!! They checked it out and found out that it wasn’t late and said we should get a refund... but we’ll believe that when we see it!! It was the worst mess we have ever dealt with ! The first and last time we will ever use Uhaul and everyone we talk to will here the whole story many times over!!! Would NEVER want anyone we care about or know to us UHaul either!!!

Michael Bsweep and wash trailers, check air in tires one tire had 15 lbs the other had 45 lbs i have no idea what correct pressure is i put both at 45 lbs

David JI had to go to two drop-off locations because they had both closed at noon-I was there at 1 pm. I realize it was the Friday before the 4th of July, but driving a 26' truck through town is not a fun experience.

Tim MThe truck that I rented was defective. When I stepped on the accelerator to go up a hill, the engine flooded and then stalled. I had to be pushed to the side of the highway by a Washington State Patrolman. As a result I could not exceed 50mph on level highway. Climbing Cabbage Hill in Oregon I could only travel 10 to 15 mph resulting in much traffic problems. The necessary speed cost me an extra day of travel together with associated costs

laura bGreat service, only thing I would say is that you need ramps on your 10' trucks, would make it so much easier and would not have to watch for the ball hitch.
James mOutstanding experience! RRT Auto made the whole process quick, efficient and pleasant. The vehicle performed very well and was comfortable to drive. I know it's only a 10 foot truck but a loading ramp would have been great. I still got the job done without it but a pull-out ramp would have been helpful.

MARCIA KI did not like leaving my tow trailer without a person there to receive it. the other uhaul place around the corner had a person there. such valuable equipment shouldn't be just left, and invites theft.

William ZThe only issue I had wasn’t with the owner of the location. Todd was fantastic to work with. The driver side mirror kept moving while I was driving. I didn’t have a chance to tell Todd because I dropped off the truck and left the keys in the drop box. Otherwise the truck was great!
