Uhaul did not provide the truck in the city requested. We had to fight for a location that was workable but not the closest. They also bumped the price up by over a $1,000 even though I reserved it 2 months earlier. They were difficult to work with and would not commit to having a truck until the last few days.DOUGLAS K.

More of an overall suggestion than a site-specific suggestion: The truck we picked up had some minor damage which we did not notice as we picked up the truck in the rain. When I notice the damage, I was very worried we would get charged. It would be nice to have a sheet saying what if any damage already existed so everyone knows who is responsible for any damage.Kenneth F.

The staff at Quinn changed their work hours to not be open on Saturday. I dropped of a trailer and no staff was available to provide a receipt. I called the two phone numbers on Saturday and did not receive a call back. This is very poor customer service.Jeff N.

I understand that a derecho went through the area and there was no power or internet or people at the site. I dropped off my trailer a day early and had to go to a Walmart to download the app that only works when you are on site. I messaged the owner of the drop off site as to the location of the trailer. The next day I was charged extra for not being able to use the app as it was intended.Cynthia H.
