Allen BondsThere is really no comparison between the pickup point and the drop off point. The pickup point was a a U-Haul business whereas the drop off point’s primary business was a convenience store and U-Haul customers appeared to be their secondary concern.

matthew jonesThe U Haul location was in a very horrible part of town, we witnessed a drug deal, the location was not safe to be at, the truck was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long - it stunk of drug smoke - if this were my only choice I’d never rent from uhaul again.

First one I had rented had a flat tire and the store did not open before my appointment at 9:30 the next one there was no one there and the last one was at the quick pantry where I did rent a 5x8 but it was trying to get the 6x12 from the other stores.
KEITH FULMERThe Quick Pantry location was the saving grace to my situation, because I originally reserved through Sutton Marine, 914 Park Ave SE, Aiken, SC 29801. When I arrived at Sutton Marine, the business was closed and no one bothered to inform me that it was supposed to be closed because owner had surgery. I had to call the movers that I hired through U-Haul, which was Professional Mover Solutions, LLC- Mike Powell 706-261-0370 and Mike Powell is the one that called the U-Haul area manager to find another U-Haul for me. So keep in mind I had already called U-Haul customer service, whom did nothing for me besides keep me on hold for an additional 30 minutes while my time is running with the movers because they were at my home waiting on me. So I get the truck from Quick Pantry and ended up having to use the movers for an additional hour. Mike Powell talked to U-Haul area manager again, who told him that they had credited my account for the extra hour, which they did not! I will never use U-Haul again after this experience. They lie and don't seem to care when one of their customers have been misinformed or not informed at all. However, I am so greateful for Mike Powell with Professional Mover Solutions, LLC 706-261-0370 for going above and beyond to ensure that I was able to move and did get a truck that day.

He had some one to move and park the truck so that I could be on my way. I wasn't expecting that service, but it was greatly appreciated.

Ted RobinsonTruck was dirty asf, traction control and stabilitrak both need to be serviced (gave me problems while driving), blinker would randomly cut on and would not turn off, dashboard lights shined like a Christmas tree, and the Representative almost gave my rental away. Will not return to uhaul, I’m going back to Penske

Instead I got the rudest man telling me what I should have done that I just wasted gas and return it to this location after I hung up from him.

Sandra BlockerThis location tried to over charge 30 miles. No one goes to truck to get Accurate miles. They depend on customer taking pictures. Well everyone isn’t honest. So they had me on paper have 30 miles less than it actually was. So when I check in my mileage it showed me doing 57 miles verses 26 ; mile actual amount. I had to go through so much for them to correct it. Problem was resolved at the end
Michelle GreenStore owner was very nice. The truck was clean. The gas tank was just above 1/4 tank of gas. After we got on the road, we noticed the mirrors “flopped out” (would not stay in place) and the truck ran smoothly as long as it was around 70 mph (if below, it ran rough and felt like it was about to stall out).
