I was very pleased with my experience at this location. To be honest, I was concerned because it was a convenience store location. I was wrong, the gentleman that assisted me was awesome. He took care of his customers and took time to help me get the trailer attached and go through all the checks to make sure that everything was in great operating order. He never rushed or made me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. In fact, he made me feel like I was the only thing that mattered. I have nothing but high praise for Quick Pantry!Dennis Y.

It would be nice if they had more than one small truck. I've been to this location twice and both times I needed a small truck and both times I got this huge over grown truck that was 5 times what I needed. That is my only complaint.ERIC H.

I returned the truck with 1/8th tank, which was more than what I got it with. Drop off dealer said I would be penalized the $46 gas fee. I was never given the chance to put in 5 gallons to avoid it. Very dissatisfied with this experience, I've used U Haul for over 20 years and a dozen moves.Kenneth B.

Clean the trucks! The truck wasn't clean the cab or the back and when I turned the air on it stunk better maintenance on the trucksANTHONY O.
When I picked up my uhaul trailer, the location was definitely not what I expected, was not a clean location and very unorganized. When we reserved the trailer we got jumped around 3 different locations because the trailers kept getting picked up. I feel like when a reservation is made, that should mean that trailer is ours and can not be taken by someone that just shows up to a location. You wouldn't give up someone's reservation at a restaurant to a walk in, so why would you do that here. Since our reservation got jumped around so much, the price that we were originally given somehow changed from $146 to $167 and I'm assuming that's because the location we picked up from was further from our destination but my question is, how is that our fault when our original reserved location was switched. At the location we picked up from, the worker had to lock the store door to come outside to â€œinspectâ€ the equipment. We traveled almost 7 hours to our location and through several storms, just to find that the uhaul trailer leaked. My couch is COMPLETELY ruined and when I say ruined, I am not exaggerating. We had to throw away our $3,200 couch set including the pillows and ottoman due to the water damage. We also found that the trailer did not having running lights. When we tested our adapter before hooking up to this trailer, everything, including running lights worked. So I had to run down the highway at night with my four ways on so I didn't get pulled over. I feel like a location needs to do a thorough inspection when these units get returned so this does not happen to people. To say I'm completely discouraged from using uhaul again is so disappointing because I actually planned to use uhaul to rent a truck in September to complete the rest of my move. I'm not quite sure I'll do that.Terry H.

I was in a situation where I needed a 15' truck in an hour. Two other places had nothing to offer. Went to Quick Pantry and had a truck ready to go in 15 minutes. Both pickup and dropoff were easy and staff were professional and friendly. First time ever renting a truck, but will use this location again if I needed a rental I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out.DONNA W.

We returned the uhaul a day early and wanted to ask about a credit. The location was padlocked closed. We had to leave the vehicle unlocked with the pads and two rented items inside. Noone was available to document this and it is not a good neighborhood. I was on hold with uhaul for about 20 min and gave up and returned via the web.Hollyn M.
