Great! Only issue was that we asked for a lock for the Uhaul, and purchased the "high security" one, which did not fit-- it was not wide enough to attach to the truck. Otherwise we had a great experience!

Karen CPerhaps inform the customer that is renting a truck of the alerts and instructions that are posted in the cab. I did not notice the instruction on the dash to disengage the Tow/haul setting when empty until I was dropping the truck off after use. Otherwise a great experience, great website to select and reserve equipment. I have reserved probably 6 or 7 different trailers and trucks over the past 2 years and it is very customer friendly.

Paul GThe checkin was convenient and easy. Check out was a huge inconvenience. The truck was disgusting. It smelled absolutely vile. It reeked of wet dog in the driver/passenger area. There’s no way I could have used the truck for a longer distance than I did. It was totally disgusting. The truck bed was so dirty also. There were dead bugs, old tape, and dirt/mulch all over it. Have to buy a tarp just to feel comfortable putting any of my belongings in there. Overall I won’t use uhaul again. The cost was not worth being subjected to that revolting dog smell and dog fur and the dirty unsanitary truck. Super displeased. Clearly the truck has not been cleaned ever and you would think they would at least check it and make sure it’s not disgusting after someone drops it off because of they knew about the smell I doubt they would have rented that truck out. It was the one of the strongest and worst smells I’ve ever encountered. The seatbelts were also covered in some sort of gross dirt film that was literally wet. With dog fur everywhere which was very irritating as I have terrible allergies. Just so unsanitary and shocking they do business like this. Definitely won’t be using uhaul from that location or probably from any location after that experience

Jeff HI didn’t know there was a text to complete return of truck. Hours after returning home when I have time to collect my thoughts, after a long day of moving, I stumbled across the text. Within 2 miles of driving the truck, the low fuel light came on. The overall process for using U-Haul was good.

DELORES SWe were able to rent last minute- they have the trucks. I was also very happy with how easy it was to register online and then go and pick up a truck. The gentleman let me know my truck was ready early- I asked for a call. The truck was in good condition as well. Thank you for making this easy during the normal stress of moving.
Siobhan TI returned the van and was told I didn't need to do anything else to check out, they didn't check me out until the next day and now I am getting hit with additional mileage charges for 35 miles over what I actually drove. have called and talked to multiple people and keep getting pushed off to someone else. will NOT be doing any further business with this location and WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend to anyone else I know and will make sure my friends and family know NOT to rent from you.

The manager arrived over an hour late, causing me and the nine (!!!) other people that were also waiting to have a significant delay in our moving plans. The manager did not offer to compensate any of the moving expenses for the lost time either. I ended up having to pay my movers for an additional hour because of this significant delay.
